Would Not Recommend

I have no idea why they would sell 6 inch chains as bracelets, they are far too small to fit any adult sized wrist. The craftsmanship is rough, frankly. Very unrefined. I knew I was buying blue jade, as that is what the chain was called, but for some reason only light and dark green were the colour options I could choose on the website. As such I expected to receive a light green jade chain. However, what I received was clearly a light blue. Overall, very disappointed with my order.

Sizing & Free Exchanges: We offer the 6-inch option because many of our clients specifically require this length for smaller wrist fits, and it is a frequently ordered size. Once an order arrives, we can provide free exchanges and after-sales support based on the specific situation if a chain turns out too short or too long.

Guatemalan Jadeite & Color: Our pieces are carved from authentic Guatemalan jadeite. Natural rough stones display shifts in translucency and hue during the cutting and carving process—spanning from cool blue-green tones to deeper shades—which is a natural characteristic of Guatemalan jade and why we categorize options by light and dark tones.

Above all, we are not just a carving studio dedicated to accessible, genuine jade pieces; we are equally a service studio, and customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Bad after sales support, not worth it

I first saw an advertisement for Jade Chains on instagram. I looked around the internet to see if they were drop shipping and they were but some of their items are custom.

I bought 2 “chains” (necklaces) and one bracelet and used their 40% off code for a total spend of $118. The chains were shipped directly from china and I received them within 2 weeks after placing the order. The website works well and the only thing I wish is that they have more pictures of their products.

Now after I received the necklaces one of them had a bead that was misaligned near the center of the necklace. This does in fact ruin the look of the necklace because it’s one of those “once you notice you can’t stop noticing” things. I reached out to support and they answered me in 4 business days. Sadly they told me to undo the necklace, pull the bead out, and tie the necklace back up. This is not what a jewelry company should do. They offered only a 10% discount of the final price paid.

Sadly I cannot recommend buying from a company that treats its products and customers like this.

We would like to clarify that Jade Chains is not a drop-shipping business. All of our pieces are hand-carved directly by our own artisans, and pure handmade jade pieces simply cannot be dropshipped. Every order is fulfilled, inspected, and handled directly by our own team to ensure authenticity and material quality.

A bead with a misaligned drill hole should not have passed our inspection, and we completely understand how frustrating that detail is. When our team suggested removing the bead and issued the agreed-upon 10% refund, our sole intention was to offer a quick, convenient resolution without putting you through the inconvenience of international shipping delays. However, we fully recognize in hindsight that suggesting a customer adjust a piece themselves was inappropriate and falls short of the service standard we aim to uphold.

Your review has been a valuable learning experience for us. We have already addressed this with our fulfillment and support teams to tighten our pre-shipment inspections and improve how we handle service issues going forward. Thank you for helping us do better.
