I scoring the product harshly because after a couple if days if use there was excessive vibration noise when the lounge seats jets were on. The engineer quick fixed by removing some pins, and then replacement jets were sent, but unhappy the tub wasn't working as well as the model in the showroom.

Jacuzzi only got 3 stars because the 2 lads that installed it were excellent,friendly,knowledgeable and patient. The company's customer service is terrible,a corner piece was damaged,7 to10 days for a new one,that was 2 months ago

Having our tub for 3 weeks now we have used it lots. The action of jets really does help relieve tired and knotted muscles. The LED lighting around the tub is bright and makes the tub look great from the outside. In and around the tub there are coloured LED’s that really do set the tub off at night. In my personal opinion I would have liked the underwater lighting to be brighter (another lamp of the same size would have done this adequately) also some of the blue LED’s have already failed on the waterfall strip light however this is now booked in to be replaced under warranty. The tub does feel well made in most places and really does impress people when compared to other brands too.

Team fitted during covid 19. it was only when company attempted to deliver. It showed that the original team to do site survey were incompetent. The prep work was done once the j475 arrived. So level not accurate. They also arrived with a film crew. ( without asking our permission )They stopped filming and went away !!Team doing electrics could not fault .Apart from cooker hood has not worked since that day ? coincidence . Told they would come back and check still waiting They filled j475. it looked eve level but once filled and in tub aware it was not. They came back a couple of weeks later tub emptied and 2 men manually lifted completed ground work around tub. While lifting side panel corner with lights got damaged -First heavy rain it fell off . It was exposed to elements sent photos . Guy who came back to make level has now drilled holes into corner panel.Total Eye sore spoils the hot tub. I wonder if they will film tub now! Told they are still waiting for replacement panel. Still waiting for part . Guess as they have had full payment the hot tub company not interested anymore.Will not name company from Bedfordshire as I hope its just delay of parts due to covid. so would summaries as STILL WAITING

A very good quality hot tub with plenty of room and great sound system on top! I would highly recommend the service from Outdoor Living Hull who are our local Jacuzzi dealer.

Amazing product although the after sales service has been non existent and given I spent what I would on a car that’s been perplexing & disappointing too.
