A current affair is on its way to advise!! Keep away from this Aus website! It’s not.. Aus my order was to be here 15 March, thinking March next year.. enough time for this company to declare insolvency. Do not purchase

I purchased a pair of linen shorts from a company that advertised itself as Australian. However, I found the shorts to be so thin that I could see through them. The order took months to arrive, and it came from China. I requested a refund and promptly returned the shorts to the address provided in China the day after receiving them. Despite numerous emails back and forth, I have still not received my refund. In the final email, I was informed that it is the customer's responsibility to prove that the shorts have been returned to their warehouse. At this point, it seems very unlikely that I will receive a refund.

Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Thought it was Aust based so ordered shoes for my Dad. Been 4 weeks and still have no recieved. Everytime I email, they send a tracking number but nothing comes up!

This is a scam site operating out of China.
No matter how hard you try, you will NEVER get a refund. They will go back and forth with you (through chat gpt generated emails) constantly changing what they will offer you instead. I have heard from many people who pushed hard for an actual refund, that once you post them the item back, they ignore you and don't refund the money. They are unethical and don't care. Their office 'location' in Brisbane doesn't exist. It is a base 'rented' by many Chinese companies in an attempt to legitimise their business.

DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS SITE - WARNING THIS SITE WILL SCAM YOU - buy an outfit, looks and fits nothing like the picture - try and return it and it has to go back to China - months later - it is a no show and they offer to let you keep the outfit that does not fit (by this stage it has beed returned to sender) and give you 10% back - This shop is based in China.. SCAM ANED SCUM

Purchased 2 sets of small bikinis for a Xmas present, worst thing I could have done, took 3 weeks to arrive in Australia from China, when it was supposed to come from Queensland, quality of the products are an absolute joke, no elastic in the bikini bottoms, one set was too small, the other was a medium. disgraceful service, unanswered emails, pay for shipping back to China wait minimum 3 weeks for a response let alone refund. Steer clear, DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. Save your time & money.

I should have seen the reviews prior to purchase from the company. Ordered a top and the both the quality and the colour did not match the photo. In addition it was too small. Asked for a return & refund totally refused. This is a shoddy business and gives other businesses a bad name. I wish the people who own it all the karma they deserve

Save yourself … don’t do it
This is a horrible company with no ethics. Clothes are awful, material rubbish, I wouldn’t even donate the dress it’s that bad. Tried to send back, got offered a %15 discount if I keep the item. I declined and went for the 75% (which is still not ok, it should be 100%) sent the item only to have it returned 3 months later. Australia post said they have refused to pay the import duties therefore it got sent back. Apparently Australia post are seeing this frequently. I’m still arguing with them to get my money back, I doubt it will happen but I’m not giving up. I will never buy overseas again without PayPal, at least you have some fall back with PayPal.

Under no circumstances purchase from this company. The product I received was of very poor standard. When I tried to return them, I had to pay for them to be shipped to China. Once in China they refused to collect from the post office so they returned them. After hours of emails trying to resolve this they refunded half the amount, dispite promising to refund the full amount and postage for wasting my time and money. They lie and do not follow up with any complaints. Very dissatisfied and disappointed I would never leave a bad review unless absolutely warrented. Purchase from anywhere else!!!!

PRODUCT IS NOTHING LIKE PICTRUE OR DESCRIPTION. WORSE QUALITY YOU CAN IMAGINE. SIZING IS SO FAR FROM THEIR OWN GUIDELINES. YOU FOLLOW ALL OF THEIR INSTRUCTIONS FOR A REFUND TI FIND IT IS A BOGUS ADDRESS. EVEN THEIR PHONE NUMBER DOESNT WORK. TOTAL SCAM AND SHOULD BE PREVENTED FROM TRADING ANYWHERE...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.

Their advertising products are misleading & not as advertised. Communication was painful. They kept trying to change my mind when I wanted to return the items and tried to give me a discount. At my cost I sent the items back in early May with the tracking number as requested. I have received no communication or refund from them since.
Do not buy from this site.

I ordered a pair of pants which took weeks to arrive as they are from China (I was not aware of this when ordering).
The pants were the worst made pants I have ever purchased, they were low cut at the back and very cheaply made. I have contacted for a refund and they have not responded.

Horrible company and cheaply made products. Also pretending to be an Australian company when really they are located overseas.
There products are not fit for purpose. Bought shoes that ended up cutting the top of my foot due to poor quality stitching inside the shoe. The soles of the shoes also feel very cheap and slippery. To top things off there customer support isn’t open to feedback and won’t let you return products that have been used and found to be faulty.

Do not buy from this website. Their product descriptions are completely false. The product you receive will be a cheap knock off of whatever is described and they’re not worried about how much you then have to pay to return it. Their website also says they use Australia Post to ship and that there have 4.5 stars from reviews, which are also both lies. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.

Very poor quality shoes. I paid good money for "Orthopaedic" shoes. They were cheaply made of cotton, including the inside sole, which is not what is pictured. I also thought I was dealing with an Australian company, but was not. Very disappointing and will not be ordering anything from them again.
