I’m very happy with the Men’s Wool Inverness Cape Coat from Jacket Tailor. The wool feels high quality and the coat fits exactly as expected, which is always a relief when ordering clothing online. The craftsmanship and overall look are great, and it’s a very stylish piece.

The only downside was the shipping. The coat was stuffed into the box rather than packed more carefully, which caused several hard creases in the fabric. I’ll need to steam them out before wearing it. Aside from the packaging issue, I’m very satisfied with the coat itself and the quality of the wool.

I am absolutely delighted with this handmade Christmas hat.The craftsmanship is impeccable and the hat is exactly as described soft, high quality velvet with perfect detailing. It arrived on time and will make a wonderful gift. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a festive and charming accessory.

Received jacket very quickly. Great quality. I was worried considering where it was coming from. But no issues what so ever.

Lovely, but not what I ordered. Does not look like the picture or description. Two snaps to hold a coat (made for the frozen tundra) closed, not hook closures as described. The sleeves have a 21-1/2” inseam! I am 5’10” with long arms but only 18” and the sleeves are way too narrow. The leather shell of the coat may have been cut to 3X but it did not allow for the lining. It’s too small with too long of sleeves. I can’t wear it, not sure anyone could.

You sent the wrong product and we received it late

Long story short… The garment ordered was defective and could not be worn or utilized.

I had a theme party I was attending and the jacket was for my costume. When the cloak arrived defective, I requested a replacement to arrive before the date of the party. They replied that they could not have it to me in time for the party, so I requested a refund.

I requested a refund multiple times through email with this vendor. They blatantly refused to give me a refund, and kept insisting I pick a different item. That was not an option I wished to pursue based on the initial transaction.

At this point this site has essentially stolen my money.

Unusable garment, terrible customer service and no refund. Avoid this site at all costs. You’re better off conducting business with the lamp post outside of your home.

I’m asked to give a review but I haven’t received my order yet. Pretty difficult to give an opinion while I’m waiting

Super responsive and great communication!

No once received any emails when trying to change my order. So not at all happy with that. I am sure that I will end up with the wrong size. Even though I tried to change it the next day.

I was really pleased with this vest. It fit perfectly and was exactly what I was looking for. The quality was excellent and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great vest. Thanks!
