I am not happy at all. I joined them in 2019 and when they decide to close there doors I was a little upset but their communication is horrible. I was in my that i will receive my refund from the April box in May 6. June 4 and June 6. Still have not received anything. I have sent numerous of emails and still no response. Due to this experience I don't see myself doing another subscription. I just need them to send my money back last 2 months ago.

They automatically renew you every month, with no notification/reminder, at midnight on the first day of the month. I thought I had canceled my subscription (I hadn't received the box for a couple of months so I had no reason not to think that I hadn't) and so I was really surprised when I saw the renewal in March. I figured it was probably human error on my part, so I was going to get that last box and went and re-canceled my subscription. I never received that box. When I followed up I got a response that it would be shipped in mid-April, I'm guessing because I canceled my subscription, they didn't care about getting me the goods that they automatically charged me for at midnight on March 1st. April came and went I had no box. I followed up in May I got absolutely no response. I followed up again in June, and instead of responding to me they just canceled the order. I'm fine with that because I was going to dispute the charge on my credit card, but the way that this was handled has completely soured me on this company. All of my issues with this company have always come from some sort of shipping matter. I did get some really cute shirts and other items I probably would not have ordered myself outside of the subscription box, but overall I don't think I would resubscribe to them.

Izzy & Liv have quality products but the worse return policy and customer service. I was erroneiosly sent a 2nd order of a $26 t-shirt. It was billed to my card separately and shipped separately. It was trendy, unwanted and way too small to even give as a gift. The company would not even give me a shipping label when I tried to return. They have a "restocking" fee" and only give a "online store credit". I made my own label, paid $5.80 to return the shirt, and still have not heard back from this company. I keep getting auto-responses asking me to send a picture. I gave up after numerous emails and online "chats" and filed a complaint with PayPal. PayPal refunded me, but I am still out of the shipping cost. Izzy & Liv got my money and their Celie shirt back. They need to fix the glitch that billed me for a XS tshirt that cost $26. Buyer beware. They have lost my business.
