I was given a discount code which did not work when I tried to purchase my item. I find your shipping costs very high considering that it takes 4-5 days to arrive and no tracking number is ever given.
Your prices are always much more than other retailers offering the same items and I find this offputting

Izzi of Baslow have now replied (I think I may have been rather hasty due to a previous bad experience I had from a different supplier), they have received my return and i have received a refund, thank you Izzi of Baslow.

Very disappointed, I have emailed twice asking for their returns procedure and address but I haven't had a reply!

Fast delivery .. but a printed returns label would be helpful.

I bought your Ilse Jacobsen red lace -up wellies cos I couldn’t find a replacement for my beloved old Didrickson red wellies .
There were some elsewhere online, but so cheap I thought it was dodgy.
The right side boot is glued onto the sole in a way that shoves the heel out (much more than the left one) so , even tho the top is nice and wide, it chafes my right calf badly.
Maybe it’s a ‘second’?
However, I had to use it in the rain this weekend, so I guess I’m stuck with it.
