I found this hosting service to be reasonably priced and full-featured. I only opened a ticket once, and that was when I needed to cancel my hosting plan as I was not using it anymore. The customer service team responded quickly and were very nice. I would recommend this hosting service and if I have another website, will most likely use them again.

The best customer service I have ever received from a hosting company. They did an exceptional job from presale to migration of my hosting. These guys are underrated and they deserve the best!

iWebFusion has been my hero since day one. I came from a 15-year relationship with GoDaddy and let me say it was wonderful to talk to someone who understood the products and talked to me like a human being.

I was contacted right after my order was submitted to verify my identity and then my VPS was set up within hours (I placed my order after midnight) and all my websites were fully moved and FASTER THAN EVER within 2 days.

These guys have been responsive anytime I need help and they aren't trying to upsell or price out products just to make an extra buck or meet quotas.

After way too long dealing with issues, I finally looked around for a new webhost. I came across iWebFusion on Reddit. Did some more digging and liked what I saw. I called with a few quick questions and the phone was answer immediately. Three month so far with no problems. Great available packages. Competitive pricing.

Victor Vișan is an amazing and helpful customer service representative. They walked me through the process of setting up my website and handling the DNS and I came back to the chat at least 5 times across multiple hours and they were helpful and patient each time.

Really happy with the email server migration service. The response time was also really good and everything had been completed very quickly in a timely manner. Very helpful.

I know some Webhosting will charge you to help you with malware attacks.

I got mine included in my subscription plus the support from Iwebfusion is amazing. My decision to move from Siteground has been great and so far the journey has been great with Iwebfusion

Iwebfusion support was able to update my PHP software to the latest version after I placed a ticket. I know some hosts allow you to manage PHP yourself but this was my first time building a site and they were able to respond super quick I really didn't have to wait long.

I had a problem, opened a ticket and got it resolved within the same day. I don't even think 2 hours passed

I had to migrate my web hosting for a couple sites to iWebFusion. Tech support was easy to reach, and they basically ended up doing it for me. We had to email back and forth a bunch of times, but I was worried about the difficulty of doing it on my own, and was relieved that they were able to do it for me in 1-2 days. Not sure if they provide this service all the time but I'm appreciative they did it for me. Definitely saved me a huge headache.

There was an issue with my IP address while trying to setup my new account. Support was quick and friendly and had my account working again in no time.
