I was cloning a site I knew nothing about and so copied far more than necessary; I was way over the plan limit. The techs gave me the space and time I needed to complete the transfer.

I greatly appreciate the service attitude of the hosting company, iWebFusion. Their pricing is transparent, and they’re willing to take the time to consult with customers before any purchase, ensuring the provision of services matches customers’ needs. Throughout this process, I could feel their sincere commitment to potential customers.

After the purchase, whenever a customer service ticket was raised, the response from the iWebFusion staff ranged from efficient to swift, they essentially never kept a customer waiting too long.

They are very professional, and extremely patient with me as a customer, given my lack of technical background. Despite my limitations, they were willing to guide me slowly on how to set up my application. Although at times there were some setups that did not meet usage requirements due to my application not being familiar to them, they were willing to reset my server according to my wishes. Their willingness to assist with patience and without showing any signs of annoyance deeply touched and impressed me.

I had a json error that prevented me from making changes to my Wordpress website. I first contacted support through online chat that was escalated and worked on by at least 4 different people.

The problem ended up being the firewall, ModSecurity, flagging changes I made as problematic. Turning it off while I was working allowed me to finish building my website.

The team was fast to respond and friendly. Their level of care and expertise got me back on my feet within a day. I appreciate them all!

I am a small business owner that would deem myself technologically illiterate; however, I wanted to build my own website and own the content instead of sending my money to a website builder for various reasons. The services at iWebFusion not only meet my needs as a small business, but every time I have had a question or ran into an issue I couldn't solve, the team has been incredibly responsive, helpful, and friendly. The fundamentals of running a website still seem foreign to me in many ways and the team has helped solve anything I am mystified by every time.

Other hosting sites may have user interfaces that are more appealing to someone like me who doesn't understand the intricacies of coding or website set up; some of that could be easier for me to navigate if I were to go those routes. However, the pricing and customer service of iWebFusion has served me well for many years. Highly recommend.

General review, not just for this particular instance, but IWF overall for me has the friendliest, most helpful and knowledgeable support staff out of just about any online service I’ve used since ohhhh 2005 or so when I started interacting with such entities somewhat regularly. Consistently positive interactions and competent results and just wanted to pass along how great that is.

Very impressed with the fast turnaround for setting up new reseller account and migrate 20 cPanel accounts to their server promptly. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Datacenter in USA.
I have been with iwebfusion for 8 months now and a single downtime didn't come still. Servers are very powerful ever and the Evan great man helped me each time with everything. The support team is also awesome and the pricing is also very reasonable. Thanks a lot for a wonderful experience.

Zero complaints. I bought just 1 month of hosting to see how this company works, and I definitely stick to them. Tech support is on guard. And rates are easy on the pocket book. Thanks!
