No one knows what’s going on!!!
Doctor cancelled the order and didn’t inform the patient as to the reason why it was cancelled. It took over a week to resolve the issue of money being returned to place another order. Ended up getting out schedule with my medication because of this incident. Customer service doesn’t know what’s going on or how to handle the situation.

Rosette at IVYRX knocked it out of the Park
Rosette at IVYRX knocked it out of the park this time, with this new Texas pharmacy sourcing my Tirzepatide with B12.
Earlier, the other Florida pharmacy had run out of B12, so they just decided to substitute B6 instead, and then took 12 days, yes 12 days, to send meds to me.
NOT GOOD.
Rosette then transferred my prescription to the Texas pharmacy source-it only took 2 days to ship, instead of 12 days.
The vials had B12 instead of B6, were properly cold, and then I noticed that the pharmacy went above and beyond.
The Florida pharmacy just sends three identical vials, requiring you to label each one as "month1", "month 2", and "month 3", since each month you increase from 2.5 gradually up to 15 mg, AND you must label, and inject different units of volume in the syringe each month.
That's not rocket science math; the doctor's instructions were clear on how many units to draw up each week/month, so that was fine with me.
INSTEAD, this Texas pharmacy separately labels each rock-solid individual protective shipping container with "1st month," "2nd month," and "third month" since they have different concentrations of the meds.
Now, the real genius is that each vial has a different concentration of the medicine.
Why?
So EACH week, each successive month, you just inject 50 units each week. each week, each week.
EASY-PEASY!
