Scammers! Package arrived like I ordered item from Ebay. Shoes not orthopedic at all! They stunk of chemicals, didn't even have a box. When I requested return they said they are a Chinese company and I would have to pay £30 for postage, but nowhere on their site do they actually say they are a Chinese company, so the info the provide is all fake. They offered me my money back as a gift card but who tf woukd want eBay products worth £5 to shop for more garbage cheap fake items? I have asked for return address for over 1 week and still not received it to date, but they made me jump through hoops like a performing monkey asking for the address. Don't waste your hard earned money on the slammers. Fake company terrible company and poor customer services.

Ivy Luna - do not purchase from here. Item arrived poor quality. They said they'd give 50% refund and not to return clothes. I paid the postage as wanted 100% refund. Item cost £30 return postage, it got stuck in customs, not collected on their end. Item was returned to me. Despite being in constant communication with them and sharing tracking information they are not issuing a refund.
They are now stating that as this is beyond the 3 month return period they will not issue a refund. This is also despite them using delay tactics to avoid issuing the return ie: issue with our current returns system. I have been constantly chasing them and there has been no movement.
Currently advising them I will be in communication with trading standards and Ombudsman if this continues and this is not resolved. I have given a time frame, but am not optimistic of movement from them seeing the feedback here.

I ordered a beautiful coat that i loved. When i receievd it , looked nothing like the pic. I raised a case with paypal who then closed the case. I'm returbed it so I could get my refund. I returned this in Dec 2025. It's still sitting in Chinese customs. When i contacted Ivy Luna whose response was through Eagle essentials, so i was passed back and forth. Wished I thought of coming to this page before I purchased it. It's been 8 mths of hell. I'm out of pocket. I've reported this to facebook.

Website VERY misleading.Clothes do not represent order placed.... poor material and badly made.
Good comms to begin with, offering some money back. Impossible to return for refund as parcel not accepted and returned costing more money.... TOTAL SCAM!!!

I thought I was ordering a gorgeous dress I’d seen on tv, I didn’t realise it was a cheap plagiarized copy. The fabric is I don’t even know what and the website doesn’t provide that information which I should have checked. When I tried to look at another dress it automatically added it to my order and charged me and the size is too small. So now I have two cheap dresses that I’ve tried to send back but they said I have to pay a £20-30 postage to send back to Asia because it isn’t actually a UK company. Which is misleading. So yeah, terrible experience.

I think return to china is just a pointless expense “to pretend they have a returns policy “. They get customers to do the return to china knowing very well it will never make it through customs.
I finally gave up and cut my losses and took 50 percent. Have requested they refund remaining 50 percent once customs cleared.

Do not buy from this site, I should have read the reviews first. Zero more appropriate sandals were described as premium leather and orthopaedic they were not. I received a pair of plastic badly made sandals at a cost of £45 after contacting IvyLuna they advised I had to pay for return at a cost of £30 so offered me a 10% gift card.

Great experience from start to finish! I absolutely love the dress and can’t wait to wear it. Unfortunately the size I originally ordered came up a little small for me, but customer service was fantastic and made the whole process so easy, offering me a credit note so I could reorder. Such quick, helpful and friendly support. I’d definitely recommend sizing up if you’re between sizes – I’m usually a size 10 and ordered the S (8–10), but I’ll be reordering the M (12–14). I ordered a few dresses which, when they arrived, were cheap and badly made. I asked them for return address etc, and they said I had to return them to China, which cost £35!! That was a year ago, still haven’t had a refund as the parcel apparently is still in Customs! Absolute scam! Never again! 😡

Ordered something from this site came not as described spoke to the company and they expect me to either just buy something else, which might not be as discribed either or send back at my costof £30 🤣 wow there mistake and i have to pay for it? So i wont be getting refund and they also having given me a voucher.

I bought what were supposed to be orthopaedic shoes, but when they arrived, they were absolute rubbish. The poorest quality you could imagine. They were also damaged in transit. I asked for a refund, which they said they'd consider once they received the shoes back in Hong Kong. BUT. They warned that return postage would be around £30, and I would have to pay it. This is against British Trading Standards. The website says that this is a London-based fashion house, but it just isn't; it's in Hong Kong.
I am trying to get help from my credit card company to get a chargeback.
Don't buy anything from this bogus company.

Awful company. Please don't order from this site. All from China. You can get the same quality at a quarter of the price from temu with a full refund if you don't like. Aghhhhhhhhh.

I have purchased a knock-off of S25 yellow Zara dress for £40. Unfortunately the quality of the dress (both fabric and stitching) received is subpar and in no way resembles the photos from the website.
They did offer 1st 30% and later 50% refund, which I accepted, with no need of returning the item. I suppose this is they strategy.

They generate AI pictures and sell unrealistic designs which on arrival don’t match the pictures advertised. Don’t buy

I'm glad I didn't read the reviews before I purchased. I ordered the Cecilia Italian maxi dress and it's just as beautiful as in the photo. It's big but you can tell that from the photo but comes with the most adorable belt to tie in to your own waist size. I can't wait to wear it.

Shocking quality, not as advertised. Took forever to arrive. Shocking return policy to. I doubt I’ll be getting my money back.

Although the website appears to be English, the products are actually shipped from China and are of very poor quality. Customer service responds only after a long delay. Initially, they inform you that the delivery will be late due to a high number of orders, but this is not true. In reality, they are waiting to receive the shipment from China before forwarding it to the specified city and address.
I am very disappointed. The products may look good in the photos, but in reality, they are misleading. Customers are deceived into paying high prices for items that are actually of extremely poor quality and not the right size unfortunately

Ordered this supposed beautiful corseted underwired dress for races what arrived was shocking , see through material no underwire no boned support inferior quality totally shocked by what arrived thank god i paid through paypal and my credit card to get my money back
As they offer refund but you loose the first £30!!! They are based in Asia not london as the website states took 18 days for the Dress to arrive website states between five and eight days the website is a complete and utter scam and they come in a SHEIN bag not in as you can imagine a hope and nice designer bag the quality was disgusting and I tried to contact them and as yet I’ve had no response back. I would avoid this website at all costs. I wish I had done my homework and not been peer pressured into buying the dress from my daughter lessons learnt on my part.
