Scam! Delayed delivery, 17 days!! Dresses look nothing like the advertised photos, poor quality and fit. Make silly excuses and requests to delay/prevent return. I know I wont be getting my money back sadly.

They even admitted they were knowingly selling items that had clearance imperfections but this was never mentioned at point of sale otherwise I wouldn't have ordered. When ordering only one price was shown, not a full price and marked down price. Even so, I was still lead to believe I would receive a brand new, quality item not something with 'clearance imperfections' which was never stipulated. It's just a scam.

If they don't give u a refund and you paid under £100 on a debit card go to your bank .

Bought what look like a good quality knitted coat for the wife . The photo the coat looks thick and long colour dark gray with black buttons I bought 1 then whilst I was looking at the order I found that I had two . When it turned up there was what I would describe 2 gray cardigans that are poor quality buttons were light brown very thin in other words crap.
I contacted ivy london they said they would give me 10% back for me to keep the items I said no full refund. The response said I would get a refund but I would have to pay postage on average £25 to send to China and pay taxes even threatened trading standards so I left it . Then I went to the back as I paid with my debit card and the order was under £100 . Within 2 days I had an email from ivy londer that I was getting a full Refund . Now I have that refund in my back ..

I recently purchased two chunky knit long length warm coats/jackets for my wife, on receipt they were totally different to the advertised items I tried to return them but was offered a 10% refund and to keep the crap,I declined now the offer is up to 40% and keep them I have explained I don't want them,they are in my opinion a clear breach of trading standards it's still on going as I will not pay almost half of the cost of the items £30 to return to china,which by the way they do not state that items are to go back there,con artists scammers,avoid these idiots at all costs or be prepared to lose your money if you don't it's completely unfair.

Worst sales service I have ever dealt with called ivy London but they are Chinese

This is a complete scam! Poor quality from Asia and they offered 10% refund £3.00 for a jumper that is too small, poor quality and unwearable. To send back they say it costs about £25! Don't buy from this company! They are scammers and it shouldn't be allowed. I'm going to try to take this up with my credit card company but as it's under £100 I don't hold out much hope

Order a long cardigan the picture does not represent the item its a cheap thin thing don't waste your money bought this for the wife what a disappointment

I ordered a cardigan as a present. It looked like a wool product in the advert. I wasn’t expecting a high quality wooden product, perhaps some sort of wool/polyester mix. What I eventually received after 3 weeks was a cheap fabric with the pattern printed on to it, probably on a flatbed digital printer in China.
I expected to be disappointed but what I received was a joke. The whole thing is set up to scam you.
It’s probably not even a company. My guess is that it’s someone with a laptop somewhere with a deal with a digital printer to supply scam clothing.
I’m just glad it was only £25. I don’t expect to get my money back.,they will probably ask for some fee. Unfortunately this type of scam is commonplace and the customer has almost no control over it.

😡This company is a total scam, what we got was not as advertised. The item was shown as a knitted cardigan, but got a polyester top with a print on it. This company needs closing down taking people money and customer service automated robots. £25 for the item but want us to pay £22 to send back to china. DO NOT USE THESE TOTAL SCAM

The item supplied is nothing like the item offered. When complaining they say post it back to China at our expense despite purporting to be a London company.
Trading Standards needs to get a grip on this practice of ripping off the British people.

SCAMMERS.
They advertise a cosy, warm knitted jumper but send a cheap piece of Chinese polyester (like a cheap football shirt). Absolutely awful quality. When I asked for a full refund they offered 10% as it costs too much to return to their Chinese warehouse. Fake, lying, scammers.

The garment was terrible, cheap looking and not as described. When I contacted the company the next day they refused to give me my money back, and tried to insist I send the product to a factory in China. The returns address on the package was a London address. Never did get my money back although the product was returned.

I ordered a jumper for Xmas for my girlfriend it was over 25 pound i recieved it by royal mail and it said there was a 90 day returns policy but what they dont tell you is it has to be returned to China and the cost is dearer than the jumper absolutely disgusted and will be taking this further

Sub standard quality from Asia. Customer service just awful and do not help to find satisfactory solution - simply quoting a returns policy that makes no sense and does not protect the buyer. Even if the item is faulty, they expect you to pay the return shipping to China! DO NOT BUY from this company - they really should be investigated under consumer rights and forced to cease trading.

My experience is the same as the other reviewers that I wish I had already seen.
I’ve had 100% better after sales service from other well known Chinese companies.
I’m not accepting their 10% refund as it’s just a slap in the face!!

This company is a real scam. My experience matched that of other reviewers: shoddy goods, poor sizing, London address for returns. Ultra polite emails which just kept on offering alternatives which would leave me out of pocket. After 4 emails I simply went to Paypal Resolution Centre, completed the form and my refund is confirmed and on the way. So if you used Paypal you can claim. They were brilliant. Just wish something could be done about these scammers

Dreadful. Ordered a hoodie and when it arrived
1) was not as advertised
2) asked for a refund, they asked me for a picture before explaining how to return??
3) refused a refund and offered me a 10% refund.

I am up to email no 6 , have sent them the wit policy and still not budging.
I won’t be shopping with them again

Well i wish i had read these reviews prior to ordering. Firstly the item took an age to arrive but moreover the item looked NOTHING like any of the images i was shown. The item was not chunky and robust but was in fact flimsy and of incredibly poor quality.
I will definitely NOT be ordering anything from Ivy London!!

Total scam and wished I had read reviews first. Made up story about closing down store due to family bereavement and having to look after children. Items coming from China and not London as you would expect. Can’t wait to see the quality. Guess these items will be my donation to charity if they’ll take them obviously.

What I had ordered was nothing like what turned up it’s very poor quality and very cheap looking not worth the money so I had sent the item back to the return address it said on the label now iv been told it’s the wrong address and they won’t give me a refund because they won’t receive it but I sent it to where it said return address very poor service poor customer service and care don’t waste money on anything from them
