I never received my package
I never received my package. I never got updates when it was delivered so when I went to search the USPS package it said it has been delivered. Which it had not been. I called USPS, they said the address I gave them was not the same as the what was for the tracking number. I tried reaching out to Seel as that is what I was told to do and they told me they can not do anything about it. I tried emailing the support email for IUI and they keep directing me to Seel. Now I'm out $100+. I did all of the things they told me to do an I still am not getting my money back or replacement products.

I have light, soft hair that razors often miss. This trimmer's foild head catches every single hair, leaving a uniformly smooth result I could never achieve with a blade.

I never received my product
I never received my product. On the website it shows as delivered, however I never got any updates, or notifications of the movement of the delivery. Not even a notification that it had been “delivered.” Called the phone number and it sent me straight to a regular voicemail. I’m starting to think this was a scam. I ordered March 6, 2026. Paid $10 for shipping. Never got my order. Super disappointed and frustrated. Paid a total of $50. If I can please have a refund. Don’t know where else to leave a review or who else to contact.

I ordered the bikini shaver from IUI…
I ordered the bikini shaver from IUI beauty. It wouldn't shave, at all. I emailed them and told them I'd like a refund. They said they could give me $15 back and I could keep tfhe product, I could send the product back to China for a full refund but I would have to pay for shipping, or they could give me lashes. They said regardless of the option i chose, I would get a $20 gift certificate to use on their site. I chose option one. I asked when I could get my gift certificate. They send me a code to use. The code only took off $4.99 on my purchase. I emailed them. They sent me another code. This code wouldn't work at all. I emailed them again. They told me it had to be a minimum of $40 purchase. I said that's not what you told me originally. I've emailed them a few times since and they won't respond. Don't waste your money. Products are junk and they will not stand by their word.

I timed myself: a full leg shave with a razor and shaving cream took 15 minutes. With this dry trimmer, I was done in 7, with no cleanup and way less risk of nicks. It's pure time-saving logic

Think twice before you place an order
The shaver from IUI Beauty does not work properly. It just stopped working randomly and won't charge.
Maybe the shaver I received was a faulty one but I am not only upset with the product performance but also the customer service. Customer service from IUI Beauty is not user-friendly. It is not easy to contact them. Tried the chatbox on their website - they never reply!

Very easy to use and I have 5 times more hair than any of my friends has. Once burnt my finger a little by touching the ceramic part accidentally - but cause I was on the phone, so just mind your fingers :D

The battery life is impressive

This is a great little device. It's powerful and easy to clean. The only very small thing is the on/off button is a bit stiff, but you get used to it. Overall, highly recommend.
