Very quick delivery, low cost
Very quick delivery. Easy to set up laptop but confusing email about one way to do it when laptop itself guided me in set up process. So glad did not spend lots of money on something brand new when so far this second hand laptop is ideal for my work.

I bought a refurbished monitor from ITZoo - didn't really know what to expect for under £30, but the unit I received is flawless as far as I can see. Very professional service too - speedy shipping, quality courier service used and excellently packaged to ensure no damage in transit. ITZOO the best place for refurb laptops
I emailed on Sunday to ask a few questions and got a helpful and friendly reply by 9 am. The laptop arrived promptly two days later and was in unbelievably perfect condition. All the bits claimed to be installed were there too!

First of all great product and great price. Happy with it.
Took over a week longer to come than stated as was stuck in a UPS depot for over 4 days and when I tried to get an explanation as to why none was forthcoming so overall happy with product but service could well be improved.

Laptop received promptly and with no issues. Marked as B grade, but no obvious signs of wear and tear. Should last for a while yet - and saves on landfill!

Brilliant sales and after sale service
Honestly, first class service at the time of sale and with subsequent after sales service on a couple of occasions. As a customer, the scenarios where you would feel exposed or at risk, they had it covered (be that via quick response, resolution and just common decency with communication manner). They have a robust ticketing system for follow up as well. Shout out to Joan on their side who is a superb Ambassador for both them and brilliant customer experience. I hope to be coming back as a return customer once I get myself organised.
