Absolute disgrace. Placed an order middle of December, it’s now the middle of January. No sign of my order, and nobody at ITV seem to know when, or even if, it will arrive.
Worst online shopping experience ever. Avoid like the plague

I wished I'd read the reviews before I placed my order !! Promised to deliver before Xmas if placed by 17th - ordered on the 14th & nothing ?? Tried three different email addresses & no replies . ITV should be ashamed to have this appalling company attached to them , addresses if it wasn't, I would've reported it as a scam .. dissapointed is an understatement & i guess I'll be wasting time after Xmas to chase it up ..

Ordered 2 items from I’m a celebrity one came with no personalisation on and the other was delivered by evri to the stupidest place ever and by the time I got to where they had left it, wasn’t there it had been stolen so don’t even have one of the items. Tried to email customer service on email on there page and email just bounces back saying that emails inactive

It all went wrong and live on tv now.. the carpet was still blue red yellow stains after they cleaned it.. am watching it live now and the stains are still on the carpet.. anyone who believes these clowns needs to get a reality check.. what a load of shit .. if they whr so good they would be on itv all day .. not at 2am in the morning... absolute jokes

I brought one of their amazing drones, impulse buy so my fault the price they charge you, you could have a dji if you know about drones. This is hard sell scam BS.

Bought Love Island water bottles for myself and my daughter to take on holiday as they are used in hot countries on the tv show. Upon using these bottles, the lettering all came off and the bottle became extremely sticky to hold. I have contacted ITV shop and they have said they wont replace as one of the bottles is over two years old, despite it only being used once a year when we go on holiday. Disgusting customer service and definately not worth the price for this to happen. I wouldnt bother!

I bought some ‘magic blue’ the other night.
I have no idea when it will turn up.
But the worst thing is, my phone number & bank details have been given to froogul.com, they have phoned me every day since offering discounts off shops.
I was told it was a free month trial so said yes to stop them phoning.
I realised they had taken £1.99 from my account without me giving them permission or bank details.
If I hadn’t cancelled it they would have taken £99 from my account.
This is a scam hoping people won’t cancel within the month.
I’ll never buy anything from a shopping channel again !

Ordered 14th of December for Christmas, no tracking provided or communication. Had to chase it up three weeks later... it's finally arrived a month later! I think someone forgot to post it...

I bought my mum a Xmas present from there 6 days ago and it came on time and when I looked at the item I was very happy with it

Ordered at the beginning of December for a Xmas gift. Still no delivery or any notification. I have emailed every address I can find. No phone contacts. Useless! Very disappointed!

Item didn’t arrive and all “contact us” links don’t work. I think this is a scam site. Don’t use.

well to be honest a company like itv should hang there head in shame the time my item took to come plus very very poor quality worse than the knock of on holiday so Dount bother

Ordered a Rovers Return tea towel over the weekend and they processed the order on Bank Holiday Monday and I received it today Thursday. Can't say fairer than that. Superb service !

I wish I could give them zero stars. After two weeks there’s still no sign of my order and I have sent two emails to ITV Shop with no response. Don’t buy from here, as you can see from myself and other reviewers they’re just ripping people off!

Complete rubbish, shouldn't allowed on TV.

Suprisingly bad service from what was my first ever order at ITV Shop. I thought with this been the official ITV that they would actually have customer service. The website sugests they have it as you can send messages, but after 8 days of no responce about cancelling my order, I then receive an email from royal mail to say its on its way. No word from the merchant. Also, not happy it would let me cancel order as I tried to do so within the 4 hour time frame and I kept getting error messages, so i actually was trying to cancel for refund within their policy time frame and it didnt work, so I should be entitled to a full refund regardless. I would like compensating for this appauling service. i've opened a bank dispute because there seems to be no humans running the place ? This was a gift also, but put the wrong name on so hence the reason for cancelleing. Dont order from here because the cancel option doesnt even work, and with no communication at all, it's not worth the hassle and pointless having the option to cancel. Never again will i buy from itv. I dont even like itv channels in general.

Ordered two items . One has only come. Can't get a number to ring and speak to customer services. Online form for contact says something like enquiry expired?

Incorrect item delivered, no reply from contact form online, no customer service, no telephone number, no way of resolving issue. Absolute jokers.
