Excellent in most respects. The only thing that was confusing was that the on the order confirmation email it stated that an email would be sent when the order was ready for collection. The website I think said that orders would be ready in 24 to 48 hours. I hadn’t received an email after three days and got no answer on the phone but went to try to pick it up anyway. Luckily I was able to pick up the order no problem.

Order always ready on time. Excellent range of products.

Ryan and the team take the time to explain the merits of a raw food diet, giving all the information you need to make your choice without ever making it seem confusing. The shop stocks a great range of brands with a superb choice of products...some of which we had no idea existed...and on the rare occasion something hasn't been available, there's always an excellent alternative.

Stock a wide range of RAW food and treats. Also a great selection of accessories. You can always buy in confidence here as they select product on a basis that really is good for your dog. Friendly staff and good advice.

I would highly recommend the products and services. There is a large variety of specialised dog food, to meet any dog's specific needs at reasonable prices. They give great service with both delivery and collection to fit around your day.

I recommend the other services they do here as well. The beginners training course is one that was outstanding - this was a solid base for training. Shona was able and eager to learn during these classes, even as an adult Romanian rescue she was engaged.

The shop is a fantastic addition to the other dog care services at Stablecroft. There is a huge variety of healthy food and treats along with other products - all great quality.
What really makes The Dog Box special, though, is the personal service and advice you receive. Ryan recommended a raw food diet for our dog and helped us throughout the change. He advised us on how to deal with our very fussy, picky eater, and eventually, we got there. The improvement in Rusty's behaviour and health has been incredible. He is so much calmer and tummy upsets are a thing of the past.
