Quick and easy installation

Quick and easy installation
Great broadband connection which is a bonus as I work from home.

I have multiple devices and was wary as the previous provider wasn’t as great but itsfibre has made a very big difference when experiencing great broadband connection

Don’t go with company as it’s a…

Don’t go with company as it’s a third-party and will rip you off as I asked for 900 download with 400 upload and can’t provide the Internet what I asked for absolutely shamed to be with this company. I’ve contacted them many times and they rang me said it will be getting sorted the only third-party company buying 0FNL I have lost hours waiting for my games download onto my consoles viewers cant view my content because upload and download is rubbish because of this Internet company provide in the promise and cant provide it do not go with them. Go somewhere else that got all the talk but I can’t do all the stuff don’t believe what they say walk away we still can

Honestly the worse broadband provider…

Honestly the worse broadband provider ive ever used. I pay for 200 download &
Upload.. i get about 100 download and 8 to 15 upload speed.. which is not what i pay for. Everytime i do a download for cod, its takes me over 3 hours to do only 1GB!!! Never seen anything like it. Keep getting told for weeks they are looking into it, but nothings been done. I am expecting money back and to cancel or i will be going to the office myself! Scammers

Excellent broadbands and customer…

Excellent broadbands and customer service
Been with its fibre for 4 months now have had the odd issue with internet dropping out but all it was is my router needed an software update took less then 5 mins and everything has been perfect since, I’m even thinking about upgrading to get a high speed package

Extremely disappointing and frustrating

The quality of the service is extremely poor. Their support is open only Monday to Friday 8 am to 5:30 pm, so if you need to get in touch outside these hours your only option is sending an email. The connection is instable and much lower than promised.
On top of that, they must have an issue with their IP servers - Most services see me as accessing from the USA. This creates incredible issues when working from home or when trying to use the TV streaming services.
I cannot wait for my contract to terminate and try to find a better service provider. This has been by far my worst experience with a broadband service provider in the UK.

Reliable and performed much better than…

Reliable and performed much better than expected.
I have been using another ISP for more than a year and their ADSL performance drives me to switch to ItsFibre. Both ItsFibre and Intouchsystems are very responsible to my questions and it is already been 3 months since my switch and I am still a very happy user.

So far so good

So far so good. This is a genuine thoughts. Installation is quite straightforward. The device is pre configured so it’s plug and play and images to assist on what goes where for the non tech savvy. The people I’ve spoken to have been quite knowledgeable which is reassuring. Will be monitoring as its early days I.e. the bandwidth/stability. But so far so good.

Good service

Easy ordering process and the router was delivered a few days later. The contract doesn't start until the router is plugged in, so you can choose when the start date is.

Speeds for me are nearly as advertised when connected via a wire, but on WiFi significantly less (as you'd expect to some degree).

Generally happy with the experience so far.

Poor speed, good support, sometimes.

I had signed up to It's Fibre as they seemed to offer some of the fastest speeds of all OFNL providers. The sales process was fast and easy, I had recieved my new router before moving into my new home. I plugged it in and was away straight away. I couldn't fault this.

I then tried to access Channel 4 through my smart TV and it wouldn't load, where as it had before I moved in. It had come down to the IP address that I had been assigned being blocked a firewall from a CDN provider. After spending a few days diagnosing it with their support team it was resolved. Again I cannot fault this and the experience was great.

It wasn't until I had to start doing some heavy lifting with the network speeds - I pay for 900 down 450 up. I was struggling to break 300 down, 100 up. Even on some occasions I was getting 20 down 0.1 up and frequent drop outs, almost daily. So, again I had called their support to resolve this, we had done some tests to try and improve it and nothing had worked. Over time the speed had improved slightly and I was able to achieve 450 down. Eventually they had asked a engineer from OFNL to come and test my ONT. the diagnosis turned out to be that upstream from the head end in my area was able to achieve a full 10gbps but the connection from my home to the head end was only reaching 450. They had tried replacing my ONT and still the same issue, it was due to configuration of the server.

I had called It's Fibre to tell them of the results of the tests from OFNL and asked to see if anything can be done and they said they would review. Then, a few weeks later I rang as I still had not seen any speed increase I had called again for an update and informed them of my latest speed tests - at which point I was told that "450 down is an acceptable speed to have on a 900 / 450 package". At which point I had said, what's the point in advertising and selling 900 / 450 if you can never achieve it and that the whole reasons I had gone with It's fibre was for the highest speeds. Which they replied that they will review and I have not heard anything since and my speeds remain the same.

If Virgin Media is able to achive over 1.1gbps using copper but It's fibre is unable to achive 900mbps using full fibre? There is something wrong.

AVOIDDD!!! unless if you like to be lied too

I've had an unpleasant experience with itsFibre at my new build. I registered my interest online and got a call promptly from a guy called Lewis, as I work in IT I asked if you do multiple routers, he answered simply - yes we do, as the standard one I didn't think the range would be good, but he persuaded me to try it out anyway and he'll send me a list so I could start using internet ASAP, so I did, low and behold I had network coverage issues and chased multiple times about that router list they promised, (ultimately the network converge issues where down to them not configuring the router properly, well so they said) so I had to configure it over the phone with them at least 2-3 times but still the same crappy network issues, I even tried my own router but the way its configured I couldn't even use my personal router, each time I called about the issue I asked about that list and then eventually after my 4-5th chase I got told that they can ONLY offer 1 router, the one they sent me, I advised ok thats crap but can you do about the network coverage around the house, and they said they recommend I purchase a network extender out of my own pocket and unfortunately due to them leading me on, I was way past the 14 day cancelling period. Been a really horrific experience and even with an extender I purchased by myself for £50 I still don't get internet coverage around the house, an absolute joke!

Don't trust them and go away

Don't trust them and go away. 4 days sitting without Internet and they not doing anything to resolve this. They explaining that from them side everything working, but I don't have internet. Just go away, they very bad. I am with them only 7 months and it is 3rd time when no Internet and this time still not sorted after 4 days

Amazing!!

We moved into a new build where we couldn’t get Sky, Virgin ect so had a look on the networks available and every other broadband wanted extortionate sign up/installation fees!

ItsFibre were amazing from the initial sign up to going live, would reccomend to ANYONE!

Moved into a new house two days ago

Moved into a new house two days ago - last week I called up to arrange broadband. New router was delivered to my old address within 20 hours of my request. Arrived at new house - plugged in router and was on the internet within ten minutes.

Very impressed with service.

You won’t go wrong with ItsFibre!

I’ve recently moved to ItsFibre from another OFNL provider who I had been with for 4 years and I couldn’t be happier. The customer service from the initial enquiry, through point of order and all the way up to my live date was first class. They have a very accessible and capable customer support team. Go live day was seamless and the performance of the product has justified my decision to move providers

Really easy set up

Really easy set up. Applied online and received router within 48 hours. No set up fees at all and router was ready to go, plug in and online immediately.
Brilliant customer service.

Quick, fast, easy and great value for your money broadband

I recently moved to a new build home and was struggling to find broadband but then I heard how easy it was to join its fibre broadband. I got sent the router very quickly and only had to plug it in my ofnl box that was already in my house when I moved in, so far the internet has been brilliant and also we have great signal. very happy I went with this company.

Easy wifi

Me and my partner recently moved into our first home and we didn’t know where to start. My friend referred me to Itsfibre and the team were so helpful and it was super easy to set up! I had a phone call not so long ago to ask if we were off line as it flagged up on their system but our internet was working fine. This just goes to show they care about their customers and the quality of the product! We would highly recommend to all family and friends! Thankyou!!
