Customer Service is excellent ! I've had a couple of issues when I started the system 3 years ago , I upgraded to the new one.So far they all tried their best to help me resolve those one by one, from minor to complicated ones.Good Job guys!

I got helped out multiple things.He did great job

24/7 support isn’t accurate. I left emails and called and left voicemail but no response yet. Generally they are good but you could be in pickle if you need urgent help during after US business hours on weekends. Grocery business is more active at such times but I don’t think I can count on support at these times.

The tech was able to assess the issue and provide the solution. We had moved from POS to IT retail and had migrated our data on a 2nd workstation. the 2nd station hand scanner was not working. He sent us bar codes to scan that fixed the problem

For the most part, I am not satisfied with IT Retail but I will say when I call customer service, I receive good customer service and I did again today when I spoke to Tasin. He did a nice job and he took care of my problem quickly. I appreciated his help and wanted to say thank you is why I am writing this review.

I am giving 5 stars because Edgar with tech support has been great everytime I work with him. He really knows his stuff. When it comes to the software itself there are some bugs and issues that really fall on the development team. I was hoping to be able to speak with the development team directly to discuss these bugs and get some insight on what features are on the roadmap. There are some key things missing from this software that are standard on other platforms that I hope I can push to have added or at least give suggestions from a customer perspective. We are the ones using the software everyday so I feel like that only makes sense.

Tasin was great. Polite, patient, quick to diagnose and respond while our store was open and had customers waiting to use our lane.

I mentioned a call back would be preferred if possible
James Baker made a few attempts to call me. When I didn't answer he emailed me back with all the correct information that I needed.
Most support desks would never actually call you back let alone several times! Its so great to know James and IT Retail really care!
Just another we are so happy we chose IT Retail and recommend it to other retailers

Edgar was very helpful and helped install new hardware. I believe he went above and beyond to help. I had called several times to the support team and they were not able to assist.
