I am so happy I found this website. All the items I have purchased are such good quality and the craftsmanship is so authentic and unique. It truly feels good to support businesses like ITOKRI, knowing that you get to support local people. Although when I placed my order I had some worries about delivery timing, I was able to get into contact with Vaishali at ITOKRI, and she was great help in providing information on what I can do with my order. The customer service from this team and Vaishali was amazing, as they always try their best to accommodate to your needs. I strongly feel that if it is your first time travelling in India, ITOKRI is an amazing website for you to do your shopping as you get affordable shipping in India, can learn more about the origins of the item you are purchasing, and can purchase items at a fixed price without worrying about potential inflated prices found in markets (the items on ITOKRI are priced very well for the workmanship) I will definitely consider shopping at ITOKRI again, especially with their large selection of designs and items regularly being uploaded.

It’s really the little things.

I faced an issue with an order at iTokri, but Muskaan made it such a comfortable experience. Many customer relations representatives are capable of resolving issues (and sometimes swiftly too), but few have the skill to perceive the customers’ requests in its true sense while maintaining one’s composure and upholding professionalism. To me that was Muskaan for the last few days.

Wonderful selection, carefully made, packaged and delivered in an extremely timely manner. As with previous purchases, sizing was just right, and the quality of the items (four men’s Nehru jackets) is excellent! Everything about the process and interaction reminds me of getting clothing when I was a child. Each item wrapped and tagged carefully. Add in a couple of charming items and a hand written note, and it’s like dealing with people I’ve known my whole life.
