Namaste! I live in the USA and I love Asian Shadow puppets. I was so happy to find a handmade, leather Ganesh puppet hand painted. The price was reasonable even shipping to the US. I received many alerts on the package and received in less than a week. I plan on buying incense and clothing!

I’ve made a few orders with Itokri. Fabrics for dressmaking, curtains, gifts. Each time the communication with the team has been incredible, they are very careful with your order and if there is an issue they help you resolve it. For example they found a fault in one curtain I ordered and gave me options to resolve and it was totally hassle free from my end. Everything I’ve bought has been exactly what was shown on the site, and I could not be happier. Even the dressmaking fabrics are better than I expected, with the lovely obviously handmade touches I really like. You feel that you are buying from lovely people who are invested in supplying wonderful cultural goods. Cannot recommend enough, especially if you are after unique products that obviously have a human touch :)

I ordered 5 or 6 dupattas from this shop and got them yesterday. Every single dupatta is so lovely. The seller is very responsive to queries. Delivery took a little longer ( not too long) but its not the seller's fault as once the shipment is out, sender can not do anything about it. I highly recommend this website if you like good quality stuff. Thanks to itokri for your service
