I smell something fishy..
I guess its a scam.

One thing I noticed about the Paint by Numbers kit is that the instructions were clear and easy to understand. I've never painted before but this made it simple and fun!

I recently tried a Paint by Numbers kit, and I loved it! The quality of the paints was surprisingly good, and the colors were vibrant. It was so relaxing to sit down and paint after a long day. I felt my stress melt away!

Working on the Paint by Numbers project was an enjoyable experience. It took me a few evenings to complete, but I didn't mind at all. Each section was easy to follow, and I loved watching the picture develop with every stroke. It made me feel like a real artist!

Do not purchase from this company. I ordered over three weeks ago. It was expensive but wanted to create something unique. It took 2 weeks before delivery was claimed to have happened. They have used a cheap courier who claimed to have delivered my parcel at 9:30pm, despite being a business address with nobody present. The courier has claimed it was delivered and provided a squiggle as proof. Isuvio expected me to run around after the courier to try and sort this issue out.

Isuvio claim that they do not refund, even if the customer has not received their goods. Despite this being against European law, this is the ridiculousness you have to deal with when reading with Isuvio. Over 3 weeks since order, out €55, no painting and being refused a refund. Try a different company- there are plenty out there. I know this will get deleted as obviously this is how it works, however I will keep trying to post to ensure people are not duped the same way with Christmas coming.

And they have blocked me on social media to ensure I cannot let others know about my experience- am always very dubious of these type of companies!!!

Davvero una totale fregatura.
Le tele arrivano piene di pieghe e sgualciture in imballi mal fatti, in cui sono ripiegate su se stesse e pressate con gli altri oggetti dell'ordine.
La qualità dei pennelli è pari a quella dei pennelli per bambini delle tempere delle elementari. Questo vale anche per il kit "professionale".
I colori hanno ingredienti vietati in Europa perchè tossici e comunque assicurano pochissima copertura. Stesso problema di componenti chimiche vietate anche nei solventi e diluenti.
I numeri sulle tele sono stampati in piccolo, quasi invisibili.
Il colore finale del lavoro non corrisponde a quello delle foto del sito, è molto più chiaro e vivace.
Il cavalletto va bene solo per tele formato "letter" americano, è piccolo anche per un A4.
Ho chiesto di poter procedere al reso, pubblicizzato come "garantito" entro 60 giorni dall'acquisto, e mi è stato risposto che non ne ho diritto e che al massimo possono mandarmi una nuova tela in sostituzione di quella più stropicciata.
Tenetevene alla larga.
