Both in and out cyprus had 3h delay end even after that we had another 1h delay because they had to fuel the plane and no one bother updating us.
Same was when we left cyprus
Total of 7-8h delay total each time im using this airline

If I could give a minus 5 stars, I would. This was the first, and last time, that we used this airline. Flew to Cyprus. About 3 hours before departure we received a notification that the flight was delayed. We rescheduled the taxi pick up. Then it was delayed for a 2nd time. Instead of flying at 15:45 we flew at 23:15. Luckily the car rental was still open in Larnaka when we landed. As an apology they offered a free coffee and pastry at the airport in Israel. No explanation why the flight was delayed by 9 hours. Our return flight was changed to leave 4 hours earlier. We had to wake up at 04:00 to drive to airport, drop off car and check in. Again, no explanation why flight was changed. For both ways they used a Czech company and the staff were great but Israir you suck.

Awful company avoid
Was flying to Budapest today. sadly it was delayed and I am going to miss my connection. I tried to explain this to the lady who was checking me in that I cannot put my luggage in the hold as I will need to find another flight and cannot loose any time in Budapest. they insisted that I had to put my carry on luggage below which is all I had, insisting that there was no room on the plane. I kept trying to explain that I needed to get the connecting flight and they would not listen.and forced me to put the luggage in hold which has now caused a bigger problem to get the connection.

This company canceled the flights and…
This company canceled the flights and said that you can choose a refund in your personal account. But you can’t log into your personal account!!! They offer to contact them in writing and do not respond to letters!!! And so in circles for a month! They are scammers!

The worst airline in the world do not use them under any circumstances they canceled our flight and will not refund they couldn't care less about anybody and have zero customer service do not use them you will lose your vacation gaurenteed

Stay AWAY from this not-so-low cost yes-so-arrogant company!
No email, no phone, no FB reply, they take money and expect you to wait for their confirmation for hours for a next day flight. The only way to reach a human being is by cancelling the order. STAY AWAY !!!
