Goed geholpen door de jongens bij isoguard, had binnen een week een afspraak en een maand later konden ze de werkzaamheden uitvoeren👌🏼

Tevreden. Marouane met zijn brede lach heeft ons te woord gestaan, de eerste afspraak. Op een fijne manier alles uitgelegd waardoor we snel op een redelijke offerte uit konden komen. Met het koude weer in opkomst is een geïsoleerd huis wel prettig. Zojuist de brief ontvangen dat ze akkoord gaan met onze aanvraag van de subsidies. Het werk wat nota bene werd geleverd was rap & vlot. Geen rotzooi ook, wat mijn vrouw weer prettig vond. Al met al goede ervaring gehad 👍🏽

In oktober 2025 heb ik een overeenkomst gesloten met Isoguard voor het aanbrengen van PUR-vloerisolatie. Tijdens het adviesgesprek verzekerde de vertegenwoordiger mij dat het gekozen isolatiemateriaal in aanmerking zou komen voor de gemeentelijke isolatiesubsidie van de gemeente Utrecht (€750).

​Na uitvoering bleek dit niet zo te zijn. Wat dit extra kwalijk maakt, is dat Isoguard hier voorafgaand aan mijn verkoopgesprek al aantoonbaar van op de hoogte was.

​De gemeente Utrecht heeft in de officiële bezwaarprocedure namelijk verklaard dat Isoguard hier al meerdere malen door hen op is aangesproken. Uit een schriftelijke verklaring en de belgeschiedenis van een gemeentemedewerker blijkt bovendien dat Isoguard al vóór mijn adviesgesprek telefonisch over deze subsidieregels is geïnformeerd. In latere e-mailcorrespondentie geeft Isoguard zelf toe mij verkeerde informatie te hebben verstrekt.

​Ondanks dat Isoguard aantoonbaar vooraf wist dat de informatie onjuist was en ze zelf toegeven mij verkeerd te hebben ingelicht, weigeren ze de gemiste subsidie of enige vorm van compensatie te vergoeden.

​Mijn ervaring is dat Isoguard bewust onjuiste toezeggingen doet en bij fouten achteraf geen enkele verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Ik raad daarom sterk af om met Isoguard in zee te gaan.

Wat een vreselijke bedrijf!
Verkoop aan de deur, nooit meer doen.
Offerte gekregen, wijk collectief noemen ze het. Nooit de korting ontvangen. Communicatie: op de mail reageren ze niet meer. Bellen, sta je heeel lang in de wacht en uiteindelijk nog geen antwoord.

Spouwmuurisolatie. Goed contact met contactpersoon van Isoguard. Alles gedaan als beloofd. Ben goed geholpen met de subsidies vanuit landelijk en gemeente, tiptop terug gekregen. Tevreden met hun service. Netjes gedaan. Ik zou ze aanraden daar zij ook label hebben als erkende en eerlijk bedrijf! En dat hebben ze bewezen!

Zeer onprofessionele en teleurstellende ervaring met ISOGUARD. Het maken van de afspraak en het sluiten van de offerte verliepen soepel, maar op de dag zelf bleken ze het werk niet te kunnen uitvoeren. Vervolgens moest ik zelf meermaals bellen om te vragen hoe het zat. Ze beloofden de situatie intern te bespreken en terug te koppelen, maar die belofte kwamen ze niet na. Wel sturen ze onterecht facturen en aanmaningen voor werk dat nooit is uitgevoerd. Bespaar je een hoop frustratie en kies een ander bedrijf.

Peter van de berk kwam bij ons thuis om een offerte te maken voor de muur isolatie en vloer isolatie heeft alles goed uit gelegd .De uitvoering is ook goed verlopen binnen 1 dag alles gedaan en Peter heeft ons ook goed geholpen met de aanvraag voor de subsidie .

Uitstekend uitgelegd door Peter en al na enkele weken prima uitgevoerd door 2 kundige monteurs. Nog even wachten op de subsidies, maar dat zal zeker goedkomen...

I chose Isoguard primarily because of the discussions during the sales visit regarding a collective municipal subsidy in Hilversum. During that meeting, the representative assured me that the collective subsidy application would be arranged and made handwritten notes referencing "Neighborhood collective," "Help with subsidies," and "Execution of collective: 2nd/3rd week November."

The insulation work itself was completed as agreed. However, after the work was finished, I had to follow up multiple times by email regarding the collective subsidy process and the required neighboring participants. After several exchanges, Isoguard provided a couple of postcodes that were supposedly eligible for the collective subsidy application. However, when I submitted these postcodes to the municipality (gemeente), I was informed that they did not qualify as valid postcodes for the collective subsidy scheme.

Following further follow-ups and requests for clarification, I was eventually informed that Isoguard did not have any participating postcodes or collective participants available and was therefore unable to provide further assistance with the subsidy application.

This was particularly frustrating because the collective subsidy arrangement had been presented during the sales process as something that would be organized and supported. The fact that the provided postcodes were not eligible and that no actual collective participants were available significantly undermined the expectations that had been created at the time of sale.

What I find particularly disappointing is that the collective arrangement was presented as something that would take place. At no point was I informed that there might not actually be an established collective in place or that securing sufficient participants could become my responsibility after the work had been completed.

The expected collective subsidy amounted to approximately €2,000, and this was a major factor in my decision to proceed with Isoguard. Had I known in advance that no collective participants had been secured and that Isoguard would be unable to support the application afterward, I would have made a different decision.

While the insulation work was completed as agreed, my concerns relate specifically to the subsidy arrangement and the expectations created during the sales process.

Negative Points
The collective subsidy arrangement was presented as if it would be available, but this did not materialize.
Postcodes provided for the collective subsidy application were subsequently rejected by the municipality as ineligible.
Multiple follow-ups were required before a clear answer was provided.
No practical support was ultimately offered for the collective subsidy application despite the expectations created during the sales process.
The post-sales handling of the issue was disappointing.
Advice to Future Customers

Make sure that any subsidy-related commitments, collective participation arrangements, or promised support are explicitly documented in writing before signing a contract.

This review reflects my personal experience and the correspondence I have had with the company.

Absolutely nightmare from start to finish

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Isoguard has been one of the worst I've ever had with a contractor.

From the beginning, appointments were repeatedly missed or delayed with little to no communication. My fiancé took multiple days off work to be home for scheduled appointments, only for no one to show up. On one occasion we were told the team was "45 minutes away," then hours later they cancelled because it was "too late." The next morning they promised to arrive at 7:00 a.m. They never showed up and stopped answering the phone. This pattern continued throughout the project. Even when appointments were rescheduled, the crews routinely arrived much later than promised.

The poor scheduling caused significant inconvenience. We had to rearrange our schedules several times, wake up extremely early for appointments that never happened, and even sleep on the floor of our living room for days while waiting for the insulation work to be completed.

When the installers finally arrived, the workmanship was unacceptable (check out the photos attached). The insulation was left incomplete with gaps, holes, and untaped seams. Some areas had no insulation installed at all, and shelving was insulated around instead of being removed so the insulation could be installed properly behind it. Construction waste was left in the street, underneath neighbours' cars, and even in a neighbour's rented dumpster. The employees spent more time watching TikToks outside than putting on insulation.

Communication from the office was equally disappointing. Staff often didn't answer the phone, promised callbacks that never happened, and seemed unaware of the status of our project. We were also promised installation photos and information about the insulation subsidy, neither of which we received.

Despite all of these issues, we were still expected to pay the invoice for incomplete and defective work. After weeks of chasing the company, broken promises, and repeated delays, I eventually had to formally place Isoguard in default. Only after that they sent someone out to "finish" the job.

If you're considering this company, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The repeated no-shows, poor communication, substandard workmanship, and complete lack of professionalism made what should have been a straightforward insulation project an incredibly stressful experience.

Ik lees de reviews hier maar ik zelf heb een totaal andere ervaring met Isoguard.
Al vanaf dat er werd aangebeld door de adviseur (Jezufino) een vertrouwd en fijn gevoel. Woning check gehad door hem en alles was helder en duidelijk. Hebben gekozen voor spouw vloer en dak (isovlas) en zeer netjes werk geleverd de monteurs ook top.
Zie dat de reviews van hele tijd geleden zijn.

Echt top bedrijf en service. Ook de hulp met alle rompslomp van de subsidieaanvraag is erg gewaardeerd.

Horrible service from start to finish.

They came to spray insulation into my roof, but a year and a half later, when I installed ceiling lights, I discovered there was barely any insulation, it was basically empty. I contacted the company to complain, and they sent someone to inspect the rest of the ceiling.

That inspection revealed the problem was much worse than I expected. One room had no insulation at all, another was mostly empty, and a third had a large section that had been completely missed.

The inspection itself was a frustrating experience. They arrived **six hours later** than the scheduled appointment.

They then arranged to return and fix the issue. Once again, they failed to arrive on time. They are now more than **four hours late**, and I'm still waiting.

I called reception to find out what was going on. I was told they would investigate, but an hour later I still hadn't received a call back. At no point has anyone apologised or offered an explanation for the repeated delays or the poor workmanship. Instead, I was told the insulation had "probably blown to one side of the room because of the wind," which is difficult to believe given that this is roof insulation inside a sealed roof cavity, where airflow is minimal.

Poor workmanship, repeated missed appointments, poor communication, and no accountability. I would not recommend this company.

I am still waiting for this to be resolved.

Continu worden afspraken afgezegd en niet nagekomen. Al 3x mn middag vrijgenomen en na contact te hebben gehad met de monteur zou hij ''binnen een uurtje zijn'' vervolgens wordt de telefoon gewoon niet meer opgenomen. ASOCIAAL. Vriendelijke meid aan de telefoon gehad die zelf van niks afwist dat de afspraak niet zou doorgaan. Lullig dat het meisje aan de telefoon dit soort excuses moet maken en mij boos aan de telefoon moet aanhoren! Ik hoef geen glas maar want jullie zijn gewoon niet te vertrouwen. Mijn buurvrouw wacht al maanden op een offerte en word gewoon niet eens meer te woord gestaan. Als jullie het niet aan kunnen verkoop het dan ook niet want ik snap niet waar de ''goeie'' recensies vandaan komen? Zijn deze gekocht?

We zijn tevreden over de werkzaamheden wat betreft de spouwmuurisolatie en dakisolatie. De planning liep uit omdat wij betonnen dakbalken hebben en een extra frame moest worden aangebracht. Alles bij elkaar zijn we wel tevreden, alles is keurig opgelost.
Peter was onze contactpersoon en hij was altijd bereikbaar, loste de problemen op en was heel behulpzaam bij het indienen van de subsidie aanvragen.

Recently, I had insulation installed by this company. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, completing the work on schedule while keeping the area clean and answering all my questions (especially from Peter). Although it is only a month since the installation, I would like to say couple words. My home feels more comfortable with consistent temperatures. I am looking forward to see better energy efficiency too. I highly recommend this company for their excellent workmanship and customer service. 4 stars just only because it is just too early to see the full benefit yet.

Aan de deur geweest, met name goed verhaal, afspraken gemaakt maar niet nagekomen door isoguard uit Hoofddorp. Op basis van deze ervaring bevelen we dit bedrijf niet aan.

De eerste afspraak voor spouwmuur is soepel verlopen ging snel en secuur te werk maar 2 de afspraak was ter plekken afgezegd door zieke collega voor zolder isolatie ze hebben meteen inhaalslag gedaan op een zaterdag ze lieten niet kennen dat feestdag was gelukkig en mijn moeder is op leeftijd waardoor makkelijk plannen is. De zolder is weer netjes en dankzij peter die nauwkeurig en duidelijk alles uitleg en op papier zet weet je waar aan toe bent toffe vent

Het advies van Peter was duidelijk en na het tekenen van de offerte werden de werkzaamheden vlot ingepland en uitgevoerd. Achteraf wordt het aanvragen van de landelijke subsidies ook uit handig genomen, top!

Erg goed en duidelijk geholpen, ik ben geholpen met de overheidssubsidies en de dakisolatie was met 1,5 dag al gedaan met isovlas. Dit is ook erg mooi geworden. Dank Isoguard

Ik heb zelf erg goede ervaringen met dit bedrijf. De communicatie was van begin tot eind goed geregeld. Ook met hulp voor de subsidie aanvraag. De werkzaamheden zijn netjes uitgevoerd door zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers. Ik zou dit bedrijf zeker aanraden.
