Ordered roller skates Friday
Online promo code doesn’t work and I got left on read when I asked their Instagram for help. Wack. Don’t order from this website.
Order ended up being cancelled.

I wouldn't give them one star if I could. I was happy with how fast my order came, until I tried to return a $75 vest I bought for my daughter in law for Christmas because it didn't fit. I would have gladly taken a different size or my money back. They said they offer NO refund on sale price merchandise. I have a screen shot of my order that does NOT show this policy. They claim that this policy was noted on the screen and that I should have been aware. Guess what? I was Christmas shopping and didn't see a darn thing. Who in the heck would purchase an item of clothing for $75 that could not be returned? I would have gladly paid the full price if that would have ensured I could return it. I think their policy is a SHAM and I will never order from them again. My review is going up on Facebook and will post one on Twitter too.

I ordered a shirt as a Christmas gift on 12/19. On 12/23 at 2:33 PM, I get this email Without any warning. The least they could have done was call me and offered to overnight a different shirt. Now I’m going to have to get out the day before Christmas to try to find a different present. Bad customer service. Why sell items you don’t have? Here I was waiting for it to arrive it the mail, and now I’m not even getting anything. This is the email I received 1 1/2 days before Christmas:

I would not even give 1 star. Do not order from this company. I received incorrect item on order and was charged $8 for return shipping and possibly a $10 re-stocking fee. This was their mistake!!!
I will use every possible social media tool to complain about this company!

This company is absolutely terrible! Do not ever buy anything from this website. I have NEVER had any problems ordering anything online until I ordered from this company and they refused my refund and instead of telling me, proceeded to not inform me that my package would be sent back. The CEO of this business is absolutely rude and VERY unprofessional. All around a horrible experience.

Order a pair of vans, shipped within 24 hours and were at my house less than 2 days after that

Awesome company. I was in search for these vans and Islanders Outfitter had the best price. Directly after submitting my order I received a message through messenger thanking me for my order. I was concerned about the sizing so I sent a message back through messenger not expecting a response immediatly or from a human. I thought I would get a generic computer response but I received a message back answering my question and felt so relieved. I will be ordering through this company again in the near future! Thank you.

I ordered a pair of women's Olukai flip flops and a pair of kid's Rainbow flip flops on Islanders website. Right away, I received a Facebook message with a link to check on my order as well as an email confirmation. The next day when one pair of my flip flops shipped, I got an update on messenger and an email with tracking info. The next day, I received my flip flops. That is the fastest shipping I've ever experienced with online shopping. The other flip flops came the next day. Great price, great customer service, shipping, and flip flops for our family spring vacay to the beach. Thank you from the Birge's!
