The package they have done was so amazing. Their service and everything they provided was perfect. Will inshallah in the future choose Islamic tours.

BAD BAD BAD experience. Provided Omra prices and payed an extra $1600. Promesed 5 stars hotels and got 3/4 starts hotels. Asked to pay extra 4% if I use my credit cards. Provided wrong visas instead of Omra visas that did not allow us to bring Water Zamzam.

Takes for ever to respond.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND them. I can done better job then them.

Islamic Tour was absolutely spot on. They helped us throughout the process explaining everything. Muhammad Qasim was amazing. He gave us a brief down of pricing and how we could save up. Eventually we did not end up booking with them cause of personal reasons however, I highly recommend them. Great work!!

UPDATE**They have yet to give us anything no hotels, no visa, no package information nothing, they have been ghosting my dad for 2 days straight and hav even contacted him for this review. To WHOMEVER IS IN CHARGE: either give my father a refund or book our umrah or wallahi I will never forgive you in this world or the next and I will make sure you never scam anyone again

This agency has no idea what they’re doing at first I thought the bad reviews weren’t real, but I learned the hard way

First of all we booked our trip for July 3/4 months before hand but the company refused to give us our plane tickets. They kept pushing it off until later. No it’s finally June and the Scammer tells us that the price they quoted us was incorrect and that the real price is going to be $7000 more.

He played with our desperation, and my father ended up paying the extra money to go to ummrah and pakistan after. However, it doesn’t stop there.

After we paid extra, he gave us our plane tickets, but did not give us any hotel or Visa information, now today one week before our flight, he saying our visas are expired and has yet to give us hotel information

These guys are the biggest headache you deal with may Allah forgive me if there’s something I’m missing but I’d rather write a million more reviews than deal with these disgusting individuals who either are incompetent and cannot do their job or are deceiving the ummah and pilgrims trying to go to haji

This company has took more than 1k CAD from me and finally said that the visa is rejected and we can’t refund you, I am persuing this matter with TICO, Canadian anti fraud center and service Alberta regarding what this company has done with me, I have proof of all text messages of their employees I will share as proof that they told me they will refund me only because that was hajj time and it was effecting their business if customers know about them and their frauds so they trying to play around to keep me quite. Brothers & sisters before dealing with this company make sure u do ur due diligence coz these reviews are mostly fabricated to show that this company is reputable, soon I will be going to Alberta to see things in person with them, I am not letting this go unless I get the justice.

This company seems extremely suspicious, and very scammy. When we asked to verify some of their credentials, they hung up the phone. Majority of these reviews seem fake. DO NOT TRUST PEOPLE BLINDLY AND LOSE YOUR MONEY! If you wish you go for umrah or etc. discuss with trusted local people who have been there before and good experiences to find real agencies that can guide/assist you.

If anyone have experienced that this company have scammed him/her or mis handled somone in any shape or form kindly come forward we are filing a group petition against this company, people who wants to hire their services keep in mind reviews can be fake só do your deligence, any one who want to be heard txt me.

The brother saqib Hussain was very kind and helpful, may Allah reward him and everyone that’s helping people through out this process. The package he provided also was very well thought out and met many of the requirements I requested

Although there was a few communication issues overall Abdul Rouf was helpful and responsive and allowed us to have a great experience once we were in Saudi. He tried his best to offer us the best package.
