Screen protector size is not entirely accurate for the screen but it covers most of it, delivery was fast and installing was simple.

I ordered a screen protector, and I received it, but it doesn't cover the entire phone ; it's a little smaller than my screen... It's a Samsung S26.
I still don't have any answer.

My girlfriend ordered me 2 screen protectors for my birthday the first ones came and they were the wrong size after emailing they agreed to send out the right size asap several weeks later the screens were delivered just to find out they were the wrong size again and when emailed a second time there has been no acknowledgement of the email to this day.

Broken screen protection at arrival. Several attempts to contact support but no response for three weeks.
I would not recommend to buy from this company, at all!

Awful customer service…. Take forever to respond to emails, received a broken blohsh screen protector, emailed exact same day literally within minutes of receiving the product and seeing it was broken . Response from them took a while, had to keep chasing… eventually got a reply an was told a replacement was being sent. Almost 2 months later…. Lo and behold NO REPLACEMENT. Thank god for banks. Will never order from this company again. Overpriced, poor packaging and poor customer service

Ik heb hier een screen protector besteld. Maar helaas is deze niet geschikt en niet mooi op mijn telefoon.

Meermaals e-mais gestuurd hoe ik deze moet retourneren. Maar geen enkele correspondentie terug mogen ontvangen. 14 dagen bedenkt tijd zijn inmiddels wel voor bij. Op hoop van zege item nu terug op de post gedaan naar:

Con honestidad puedo decir que iScreenz tiene productos de calidad, pero ademas de eso me satisface su Calidad en el servicio.

I ordered two screen protectors, both came broken. I sent an email with all the pictures and information, I also wrote them on insta and tiktok. Not a single reply.

Update: they contacted me, but it seems like the screen protectors are not available for now, so I’ll have to wait 2 weeks. Will update the review after that. Hopefully everything will work out well this time and the protectors will be intact🙏

FINAL UPDATE: Got the package, everything is fine. Both screens are in perfect condition. The glass itself seems to be good quality, I like rounded edges. The logo is mostly visible in direct sunlight, when you’re in the room or the light isn’t too bright, it’s almost impossible to tell that there’s something on the screen. I would add some photos, but it seems like it’s not possible on trustpilot. Overall my impression was ok, I saw their TikTok filmed at direct sunlight and it is like that. But as I said, indoors it looks like regular screen protector. Now on Instagram there are posts in shade and the logo is super obvious- just keep in mind that it won’t be like that. Regarding of first broken package- it could be the issue with local post service, so I don’t think it would fair to take away the star for that.

I am so happy to say I was one of the first people to purchase from iscreenz and I originally found them through TikTok. I purchased the Billie eilish screen protector and I have to say it’s the coolest thing I’ve ever bought. I’ve had it for over a year now and still haven’t experienced any cracks (only a slight chip from dropping my phone on the corner) there customer service was amazing and quickly changed my order when I put the wrong phone type. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to enhance their phone. You can’t see the bhlosh when the phone screen is on but you can see it when it’s off!!

Got the first one who was destroyed at one corner and needed to buy an other one, got the mail its been delivered and guess what? It wasnt in my mailbox. Now i have one destroyed one missing one.. and 2 times paid.. for nothing..

i emailed you guys 10 times and i never got a response, my screen hasn’t even been shipped and it’s been 17 days. i’m devastated and i feel like you guys stole my money. THEIR RESPONSE IS FAKE!!! I NEVER GOT MY PRODUCT!!!! THEY HAVENT EVEN SHIPPED IT!!!! THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THIS PROOF OF DELIVERY YOU SCAMMERS!

Actually really nice quality, good delivery time and overall good experience.

While i love the decals on the screen protector i dont believe they are as high quality as advertised not to mention for how long the shipping takes when I first got mine. It already had a little crack on the side, but I didn't bother to return it because I had to wait so long for it. I've had it on for maybe a month and I've already has a plethora of cracks on the side and I don't use my phone that much i'm talking under an hour every day let alone drop. I may just be unknowingly violent with my phone. I could be throwing it on my floor in my sleep. I don't know, but I don't think it's worth the money.

Well sadly the screen saver severely affected my phone call quality so I couldn’t hear and nobody could hear me, I have contacted the support twice without any response.
