Someone tell me how they wont pay my…

Someone tell me how they wont pay my winning but put 50 on my acc. They said because there 2 acc using some IP address... its call hotspot DO NOT PUT MONEY IN HERE PLEASE SHARE SO PPL DONT GET RIPED OFF but paid me over $400 befor and now I cant get on there page.
