Brittany was awesome to work with!! I needed an inflation valve cover replaced and she was ON IT!!! IROCKER had one on hand and is sending it free of charge! What a relief to know that this critical part of my iROCKER paddleboard is replaceable and that I can get back on the water soon ♥️. Thank you Brittany!!! 😊

I had the opportunity to work with Hudson and Brittany and they were both professional and most importantly extremely helpful. Interacting with the IRocker team clearly exceeded my expectations. I was sent a bad repair kit, basically it came defective, glue was leaking and got all over the patches. I Worked with Lou | iROCKER Customer Experience Team who was very helpful and resolved the issue for me!

My wife and I bought inflatable boards 2 years ago as our wedding presents to ourselves. On the second summer of use one of the boards started leaking from a seam. Their warranty page specifically states that side seam leaks are covered for 3 years (must be a known problem) however when I initiated a claim I was told my model is only covered for a year so we are out of luck. Bottom line there are better quality options out there that are baked by better support and companies.

I had the pleasure of working with Brittany when I was deciding which board to order. She is knowledgeable, she took time to answer my questions I never felt rushed. She truly is the best example of what a customer service representative should be.

I have one of the early models from iRocker, and recently lost a fin. Even though they no longer make the part, Brittany went above and beyond to help me find a third-party solution so that I can continue enjoying my board, which has served me well since 2018. Great product, great customer service!

My wife and I purchased two paddle boards together which have easily been our favourite purchase over the years. Our kids have loved growing up on them too!!

Unfortunately mine developed a couple of leaks along the seam. So I reached out and connected with Brittany on the iRocker team! I was worried I wouldn’t apply for a warranty for the board, but Brittany made the system work for us! Did you know you have 3 years warranty on a seam leak?? Neither did I until Brittany saved the day and got me a full replacement!!

Now I was really sad to part ways with a board full of memories, but Brittany was quick, detailed, and overall just a great human to work with. From start to finish was easy and clear. Now I’m waiting on a brand new Cruiser 7.0 to arrive shortly!!

We needed to order another cup holder for our float, one went floating away over the weekend, we unscrewed it and then a rouge wave came and she went bye bye. Couldn't get to it, dang it. Anywho, went on line to order the replacement, website is well thought out so it was easy to find and order. Poof, we had it within 3 days! Amazing! Opened the box and the screw was broke off. I emailed CS with a pic and within an hour of me sending that email, the team was on it. They apologized and then I received an email that a new one was being sent. Holy toledo that was so fast and efficient. Blown away for sure. We love all our Irocker products we have purchased. That float is the bees knees and works great! Less than 10 minutes to blow up and habe it in the water. Our Golden loves it and it doesnt get torn up at all. He lays in it, walks the side and yes. He is kinda klutzy! Always a fun time. Thank you for all you do and did. Brittany was in constant contact with us and answered emails really fast! Thank you so much for everything. Made my day.

Brittany was amazing! I reached out through the Contact Us link regarding an issue and she contacted me immediately, gave me step-by-step instructions for how to remedy the issue, and was kind and easy to work with. We exchanged a few emails back and forth and were able to get the issue resolved within a matter of hours. I was very impressed with her expedient responses and her knowledge of the issue. She made the whole process smooth from start to finish!

High quality board, electric pump is super easy to use pumps up to 15 psi in no time. Feel very stable on the Cruiser 7.0 even with 2 folks on board. All of the accessories are high quality as well, If I need another SUP I'll be coming here!
