Delivery was organised in record time and the part ordered in spite of the Christmas Holiday break intervening, with delivery following soon after. UPDATES ON LEAD TIME NOT ADVISED IN A TIMELY MANNER
order placed and paid for in July 2022, delivery in November. slow to advise updated due dates.
I had to ask every time, there was no initiative taken to advise me before I had to ask.
