ITF removed our old wooden window frames & patio doors and replaced them with with new.

Fitters were very accommodating and polite and did a good job.

All rubbish & mess cleared and removed at the end of the day.

Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Very helpful friendly company, very pleased with the porch they've installed. We did have an issue with one piece of glass, but this was raised by the installation team and replaced as soon as the new unit was received.

From the time we rang them to order the the doors and windows to the time they were fitted communication was excellent. Mack and Steve really nice guys attention to detail was exultant, cleaned the frames and glass to a high standard after fitting very polite and they liked my bacon rolls would not hesitate to use them again

ITF provided a competive quote and made the effort ensure they supplied and installed the exact colour and style of frames we wanted. Their communication was excellent throughout the process and the finished job is brilliant. The office staff, surveyors and installers teams are all very professional and a pleasure to work with.

I was always kept informed of what was happening and when The windows were fitted professionally and the fitters were polite and friendly and even had a hoover round when they’d finished. The fitting overran but I was never left not knowing what was happening and they carried on each day until they were finished and didn’t leave me for days on end or anything. Would definitely recommend.

Took delivery and fitting of two bi-folding doors for my kitchen today. My experience with ITF has been that they have been friendly and keen to answer any questions I had about the product before I committed. They came and measured up promptly and when I paid the deposit the order to immediately placed. In January (poor planning on my part) the doors were fitted by Steve and Macca. They we polite, tidy and very efficient in getting the job done and took time to show me the product and point out progress as they went. The only issue we had was the beading was not the right colour (a factory fault) and needed to be resolved however this was resolved in a short space of time. Overall very happy so far.

The whole team including the office were a pleasure to deal with always friendly and helpful with any questions we had.
Their workmanship was really great and they made good any small areas of plaster as they installed the windows nothing to do until we decorate.
I had expected there to be some disruption and mess but they kept it clean and tidy as they installed each rooms window.

Fitters were friendly and efficient. Had a door that had shifted slightly after a week, made a service call and they came out the same day.

Had five windows and a door fitted and am very happy with the quality of the product and the installation. A couple of minor problems after fitting were dealt with promptly. All the ITF personnel I had to deal with were polite, professional and helpful and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Really great service, and when the guys weren't happy with the finish on a couple of windows they came back and replaced them at no extra cost - you cant ask for more than that. Macca and Steve were really quick, and neat. We felt really comfortable leaving them alone to do the work. Highly recommend

Over the moon with our new windows and bifold doors. Looking forward to the front doors now! Have and will recommend in the future. All workman (6 in total) were clean, tidy, polite and would feel comfortable leaving them to get on with the job.
