I did get an item fast as described, but with a wrong cable.

So this is my first time ever buying a refurbished machine and it won’t be my last from here. I got the macbook Pro 16 inch. The first one they gave me was kind of dirty and messed up so I was quick to let them know about it. and they swapped it out right away for what seem to be a brand new machine!! It works like new and I got it for the fraction of the price I would’ve paid for through Apple. Plus I power resales Product care program is extremely worth the extra hundred dollars or so. I would recommend getting that with any merchandise you buy it’s by far better than apples “apple care” quick run down about the comparison. I got a brand new iMac through Apple back in 2020 and I noticed something was wrong internally with the machine and they refused to do anything about it until a year and a half later after almost 20 visits to the store n my machine was almost out of warranty..this place makes it clear if they’re is anything wrong they will work on it right away. So I will be coming back here whenever I need any apple products.

Ordered 2 Macbook Pros that were well-packaged and arrived earlier than expected.

The computer arrived on time, looks beautiful, in box like new. I needed an adapter plug to use my cables and had back up problems with my Old 2012 MacBook Pro. However today, everything uploaded perfectly and I am LOOKING FORWARD to using this much newer 2020 MacBook Pro machine! Clean, Beautiful, Monterey appears to be perfectly installed. So far very good! Wonderful experience!! Thank you very much!
