IMac A++++

My new to me IMac is absolutely beautiful and of course runs like new. Was graded excellent and that is exactly what it is.

100% excellent customer service

It's not the first time I have purchased from iPower Resale, this last purchase is my fourth purchase of MacBooks from iPower Resale. The key element here has been the support of Christina is assisting the purchase, and also helping very much in coordinating the purchase. Great customer service as well. Thank you.

Apple support and sales team has all…

Apple support and sales team has all been positive. I am not sure who I spoke with on November 14 but in the pass I have emailed and spoke with Christina Prins who has been very helpful in all matters. Even trying to get me a Apple Gift Card for my purchase on the 14th from the promotion of November 25 to 28. Speaking with Apple sales who would horror the request but we or Apple could not find my purchase order even at the iPower.

MacBook Pro arrived in perfect condition!

I ordered a refurbished MacBook Pro with an M1 Pro chip from this company through Walmart. I’m not the biggest fan of used items, but it was a good deal for the price, so I was like sure, why not. The item ended up arriving early and in amazing condition. I could barley tell it was used, and came with the box, instructions, charger, and everything. Also, the battery health was 100%. Super pleased with my experience!
