Over the past 15 years, I have been working with a small host company, where I developed trust with my support person. Late last year he became sick and my websites and hosting were not available. My clients were not happy, because sites were always down. My host company owner died May 2020. Stressed and not knowing what to do or tell my clients… I researched for new hosting companies. Google search results brought back IonBlade.

I called IonBlade and spoke with Dan Soliz. I told Dan my experiences and how Frustrated I was. I heard all the services IonBlade can provide and most importantly my sites will be supported and brought back up! Dan and IonBlade has been GREAT!!!

I am customer with SSLGuru and recently switched to IonBlade for hosting. My old host would take days to answer support questions, and if I called in it seemed like no one knew what was going on with my account. Its the opposite with IonBlade my support ticket was answered within an hour and the issue was resolved. Overall I am very happy with the level of customer support they are providing. I've been very pleased with IonBlade's services. Just last month we moved the hosting of our three websites to IonBlade. The transitions of the websites went smoothly. We had some issues with receiving spam contact forms through one of our websites and called IonBlade and they helped to quickly resolve and eliminate the spam. They have also been very helpful in fully explaining and providing training on the use of c-panel and its various features.

IonBlade's pricing for services is very good. We reduced our hosting fees by more than 50% by making the change.
