I was looking for a quick and easy way to send invoices without having to learn Excel or complicated accounting tools like Xero. I'm not super techy and don't have time to learn formulas or functions. InvoiceCrowd was exactly what I needed, clean, simple, and super easy to use. Perfect for someone like me who just wants to get things done without a big learning curve. Highly recommend!

When we started with this product it was a bit buggy but over time, I mean the last two years, it has listened to our comments and it improved greatly. And even if the product is now really great they still listen to our comments and improve upon it.

Made in heaven, this tool is perfect for Entreprenuers & small to medium size business, I have been using it for more than a year and I am as satisfied as I could be.

I’ve been using another well-established accounting software which has worked well but the Covid took a major toll on my business and I’ve needed to cut my costs which included looking at another accounting solution. After a little searching, I came across Invoice crowd, and again after performing a little due diligence, I could see that they were a relatively new company and from my experience sometimes this is not a bad thing. Anyway, I decided to purchase the Invoice crowd and give it a try and I was pleasantly surprised, and have now made the decision to transfer all my accounting requirements to Invoice crowd. I also recommend this product.

After trying several products, I gave this one a shot and to my surprise, this product’s features are straightforward and easy to use. Even though it does not have all the unnecessary bells and whistles, the dashboard shows the total invoice amount, balance due, and paid amount. Overall, this software is sufficient enough for my small business. The main feature is that all the information sits in clouds, so it is easily accessible wherever there is an internet connection. I haven’t setup the payment system yet. I’m happy to purchase this product. Support chat is solid too.

I've been looking for an easy to use Invoice System. We were previously using a different system that was much more expensive and required too many steps to add customers and create invoices. After looking at many different options I decided to give Invoice Crowd a try. Being able to quickly create reoccurring invoices is what sold me. The setup process was very easy and intuitive. Other things I like include the roadmap. What has already been added along with the plans for the future are very impressive. The developer appears to be very responsive to customers needs based on all of the questions asked and reviews.

These were my main questions.
1. does each customer get a user acct so they can see a history of their invoices?
2. can we add a 2% fee if customers pay an invoice with a credit card (or paypal)
3. what happens if a customer pays with cash or a check?
4. can we apply a discount on the fly to an invoice that has already been created?
5. what happens with partial payments?
6. do you have recurring billing

I got an answer on the same day. That kind of support is legendary.

So far the best invoicing tool I ever used. It makes it easy to create, manage and send invoices to our customers. We chose Invoice Crowd because we can send recurring invoices, for our subscription model. Perfect! Thank you!

Clean UX, Good Enough for SMB
I was using the waveapps for several years. I decided to switch to another invoicing software after waveapps rules changed for support outside the USA and Canada.
I was looking for several options and decided to try out Invoice Crowd after they landed on Appsumo.
I'm a small business owner and have many different clients and projects going at the same time. This software allows me to cater to my several businesses on the same dashboard.

The UX is also clean. Besides invoicing, there is an accounting function too.
The software also supports Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, and Card Connect which suits my business.

Overall I am happy to make the switch to the Invoice crowd.

I am still barely discovering Invoice Crowd but I can tell you that I am already fully satisfied with this investment when I see all its options.
It's so easy to create invoices, send reminders and get paid! :) Especially now when human contact is limited by covid19 ... Just by email, I can get paid! No need to wait for checks anymore! Thank you for this platform, for the service.

I forgot to mention that InvoiceCrowd also offers the option to upgrade their current plan in order to have more clients. It's good to my taste, you don't lose anything by trying!

I have just done my first month of invoicing using Invoice Crowd and am happy to say that it all went well. I was previously using the free year of Zoho books but they require you to have a paid plan to use multiple currencies. My clients are from all around the world so I bill in various currencies and since I was not in love with Zoho I thought I would try an up and comer like Invoice Crowd. It has a good interface and everything is straightforward and easy to use, I also like that the email send is just a simple email unlike Zoho which has an uneditable email template which says unnatural things like 'I appreciate your custom'.
Overall I am happy with my purchase of Invoice Crowd and hope for it to be my invoicing system for life.

Strraightforward and Simple

Bought this as an alternative to Quaderno and other invoicing softwares.

I like it. It is simple, straightforwards. Not very pretty invoices OK but clients don't really care and the features with reminders etc are good.

After Waveapps started to depreciate its services for non-US and non-Canadian customers, I started looking for an invoicing software that should have all the important features, and I found this.

Now I can send recurring invoices regularly to my clients, so this is perfect for me.
It has lots of other great features like generating reports, Multiple payment options, and more.
The software is very simple and easy to use.

I love that you can use multiple payment options as well (including Razorpay for Indian customers).

After using OnlineInvoices.com for a long time, I was looking for something that could handle more tasks in one place like like estimates or quotes for potential new clients. I had been using OI for my billing and it was fine, but I was getting tired of writing estimates in Word. OI can do estimates, but it felt kludgey to me. I saw the AppSumo deal for Invoice Crowd and decided it was worth a try. The reviews sounded promising and after accepting that my team was overwhelmed by Plutio, it seemed worth a try knowing I could get a refund if I needed.

I was instantly hooked. It has much of what I wanted from Plutio, but in a more streamlined and focused way. I got my assistant on the line and remoted in so I could walk him through the process of adding a customer, creating an estimate, and converting it to an invoice on approval and he got the flow instantly.

I have yet to set up the payment processing, but since I mostly get paid via check or ACH, if it is not as polished as the rest of the system, I really won't mind.

This is a great invoice system, exactly which I was looking for. What I like we can manage multiple business profiles with custom SMTP and supports multiple currencies & can customize invoice templates.

I was looking for an easy way to start invoicing my clients which should have all the important features, and I found this. Invoicing is one of the most basic but necessary elements of any small business - and this software makes it easy to get started! With customizable templates and automated features, it's never been easier to get paid than with this cool invoicing software.

Another thing that I liked is its balance sheet and trial balance features which none of the other invoicing software provides.

I was looking for an invoice program that could generate invoices with the ability to split payments. This is great for this purpose and can do that exact function and also has the ability to load products in the system. It is easy to use and has a lot of functions for creating invoices. I really like the feature of being able to load multiple businesses into the same software and create invoices for each company. I also liked the UI and how easy it was to add customers that ties into all the functionality of the invoice platform. These features are very useful and allow my small business to generate all the invoices needed.

Great deal! I decided to buy it after testing the free feature. So far, I've been doing tests, changing the invoice templates (which are good as they are, but I wanted to customise some things). This is a nice program to invoice your clients, with a nice side of accounting and reports. The program is easy to use, with a really nice interface but it also offers the option to customise plenty of things, integrate payments with different platforms… So far, I’ve mostly translated the template I prefer into my own language (Spanish), but I still have the possibility to make invoices in English if I want to.

Could improve:
* reports in .xls format. I like pdfs but for some things, it'd be easier to export them to spreadsheets.
* Tax tracking: I'd like to be able to track how much VAT I'm paying, so it'd be easier to send to the government
* I haven’t found how to change some texts of the invoice template into my own language (Amount due, invoice total)
* Some templates have issues with diacritics and symbols.

I was using Invoice Ninja, but my paid plan had just expired. I set up my Invoice Crowd account in no time (there are file demos for customers, items, etc that makes the switch easier).
