Deeply disappointed with our rental at 230 S. Pine Street but most importantly the management team, namely Natalie the General Manager. We booked a stay at the rate of $750 per night for four nights. We only had internet for ONE night during our stay. Natalie was misleading in telling us that the internet was out in the whole building and that the cable company was working on the issue only to find out that it was only our unit. Apparently the sale of our unit was occurring during our stay and there were issues with the transfer. We had other issues as well. The management team was unresponsive and definitely not transparent. We were only given a credit of $350 for our lack of ability to work from our condo. I have rented many properties from around the world, this was the worst management experience we have ever had and plan on NEVER renting a property through this lame company again.

Stayed in their Telluride home T'ride and True. Amazing home and amazing customer service. It was like hotel services but in a luxury home.

We will come back every year.

The experience was great...until it wasn't. And when it wasn't, we were ignored by InvitedHome.

Let me start by saying that I paid over $15,000 for a Telluride ski townhome for only 5 nights (Happy Place at Tristant). On day one, our hot tub was dirty and had no chemicals in the chemical dispenser. It was a wooden hot tub, but the water was very brown. I was told this was normal....NOPE it is not. It was dirty with other renters "stuff." I could overlook the first day when i called nicely. But we were ignored after 3 attempts. The water level was even so low when someone first tried to get in, he could not turn on the jets. Unacceptable.

There were other things too. The garage was a mess with owners stuff and a nasty trash can.

The heat was unbearable throughout the house and the controls would not work. We opened windows but that makes the air dry and uncomfortable.

Virtually every window crank was broken, probably because other guests needed too open windows too.

There was left over food items and spices left by others, which I did not mind, but I did mind that there was a few items that were expired.

There was no Icemaker, yet the place was supposed to hold 18.

There was some good, but it was overshadowed by the bad. I tried to work with InvitedHome, but the manager simply said "sorry you were not happy. We will give you 10% off your next visit." I should have gotten 10% off THIS visit and pay full price on the next.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Now that we have received our refund, I can safely post my review. I rented a unit in Telluride, CO called Basecamp at Ore Station for a week in March 2021. They have had full payment since January of 2020 and rolled our rental over from last years Covid shutdown. A week ago, I received a confirmation email confirming our stay. Then 6 days later, I was called by Invited Home to inform me the owner has decided to stop renting Basecamp at Ore Station and we were offered another property, far away from town, our other friends, and no where near ski lifts. Two years of planning through covid-19 and, suddenly, we have no accommodations a few weeks from departure for our family spring break vacation. Nothing else was offered other than take the other location or accept a refund. THE FINE PRINT IN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT STATES THEY CAN CANCEL AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON AND ARE ONLY OBLIGATED TO OFFER YOU A REFUND. There is a significant ethical absence of any owner or company that cancels less than two months before a long planned trip, especially during a heavy tourist season such as spring break. We have family owned vacation property that we’ve rented for decades and would never treat a contract to rent with such a dismissive attitude. We travel frequently and typically go skiing 2-3 times a season, renting homes and condos each time.
Cancelling at this late date.....$3K worth of plane tickets, lift tickets already bought for two without season passes, puts renters in a horrible position with a stressful scramble for housing. We’ve found other accommodations and forced into spending significantly more money with a group we know won’t cancel.
With policy’s such as Invited Home has, we will NEVER do business with this company again and I can assure you that my wife and our 8 other friends on our trip will tell everyone else they know, post to Trip Advisor, and any other rental review portals we can find will get this same review. Shame on Invited Home, and especially the homeowners, for your dishonesty and lack of integrity. You must be a member of US Congress.
Oh, and by the way, we saw the unit still for rent on another rental portal just this morning. Nice.

I stayed with InvitedHome at their home Shaqteau Telluride in Mountain Village and it was absolutely beautiful. It wasn't right in the village, but there's a free shuttle that takes you right in, maybe about 5 minutes. THe whole team was super communicative, and the text communications/updates we got from them were awesome.

I reserved the Big Buck Lodge through VRBO by Invited Home. I paid $1945 in full via my credit card, and me and two other families booked travel and plane tickets. Invited Home called me two days later to tell me that they had a "glitch" in their system and unless I paid them more per night AND add another night they would cancel my reservation. I told them I already had my plane tickets for 7 people already purchased, but they didn't care. Now we are stuck without a place to stay since they completely screwed us. I have never been treated like this before. Pay more and add days?? Who does this?? Invited Home does! Buyer beware!

Do not use invited home. I had reserved a ski season rental (3.5 months) and was given extensive assurance that my rental was guaranteed. Invited Home lied to me about their ability to represent the homeowner. I put down a large deposit and several weeks later they reached out to say that they could no longer honor my lease. No other reason was given for cancelling. Now my wife and I are left without housing. Avoid avoid avoid, if you can.

One of the very BEST property management companies I have encountered in years of renting vacation properties along Hwy 30-A in Florida. They provided all the information we needed, texted us information, were available for any concerns or issues during our entire stay and provided more towels and laundry supplies than typical rentals. They even give delicious local coffee. It all added up to an excellent experience and a better vacation. It's the little things...

Our group of 6 women stayed at Driftwood Place over a long weekend recently. The home was very comfortable and the perfect size for our group. Just a short walk to the beach and within a short driving distance to some of the absolute BEST restaurants 30A has to offer. One morning we decided to walk to breakfast for exercise and just 2 miles down the road was the perfect outdoor breakfast spot on Rosemary Beach! It was a great little getaway weekend in a perfectly, cozy house. We used the screened-in porch for dinner and the comfortable sofas for chatting and watching movies. The house was decorated in soft, neutral colors that added to the warmth. I would definitely choose this house and location again and I look forward to working with InvitedHome in the future as they were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process.

Staying with InvitedHome this past weekend was a pleasure - We were sent an email with check-in instructions as well as a couple text messages to let us know our property was available and what number to call should we need anything during our stay. We were also greeted with a hand written note and bottle of wine when we arrived to the house. The home was in great condition with plenty of amenities. I especially appreciate all the kiddo toys and pretty darn kid friendly setup for my two kiddos (2.5 and 1 year old). InvitedHome did everything they could to make our stay relaxing and stress-free. I will absolutely book with them again!

We stayed in Waterhouse condo 403 this past week in Seacrest beach Florida. I think we spent more time with problems than actually enjoying our trip. First-the battery was dying/dead on the lock that lets you enter the condo so it would take multiple times for it to ever work. The fridge kept breaking! They had to bring us coolers and ice to transfer all of our food so that we wouldn't lose the $270 we spent the day before at the grocery. We came in from dinner and water was all over the floor from where the fridge was leaking. And to top it off, our main tv didn't work!! They had to go get a new remote to sync the tv, cable box, volume ect. if you hit VOLUME on the first remote it would change the connection. It was so so so frustrating. There was MOLD all over the master shower so we had them come clean that. Beware the door automaticaly locks if you go out on the balcony- we found out the hard way!! We left this morning, we opened the dishwasher to put our things in , the smell was UNREAL inside it!!! The place was beautiful, we loved the balcony and layout BUT we had so many small issues it made our 5 day stay non enjoyable!! We believe (based on the guest sign in book) that the condo had not been rented in 6 months so maybe all the problems happend Bc it was sitting empty!

Quality service, fast responses. Highly recommend.

Santa Barbara - For a family reunion we stayed for a week at InvitedHomes Villa Chaparral in Santa Barbara. The 14 of us, ranging in age from 2 to 80, all had a wonderful time. The Villa was spectacular in terms of space, amenities, activities (e.g., pool, trampoline, workout room, etc), comfort, surroundings and general upkeep of the entire property. The InvitedHome staff with whom we dealt for unfailingly helpful and courteous. We could not have been happier with our stay there.

Invited Home was absolutely amazing! Their customer service is by far one of the best I have ever dealt with. Anytime we needed anything they delivered quickly and with a smile. We will be using them again in the near future! We enjoyed our stay on 30a in Seacrest Beach, the house was perfect and the location was amazing.

We recently stayed at one of the InvitedHome properties in Avon, Colorado. Not only was the house incredible but the InvitedHome staff was incredible. The entire check in/out process was flawless. We had cell phone access to the InvitedHome team the entire trip and if we needed anything they replied instantly. The coolest thing the team did was set up and break down our tent that we rented for the kids in the backyard. It was a very cool touch. Cant wait for our next trip!

InvitedHome was a great resource in securing our rental property in Breckenridge, Colorado. They answered emails promptly and called to check on any additional needs. I also loved the text based service once we checked into the property. Unlike other property rental companies, I felt like I was actually dealing with a person on the other end of the reservation instead of just an automated system.

Renting the home was a flawless experience from beginning to end. The house was the most beautiful home that we have ever rented, hands down! Thank you for making this our favorite vacation. I would give ten stars if I could. That's how much we loved Verona, and our experience with Invited Home.

We had an incredible vacation last week. We love the beaches at 30a and have been going almost every year for the past 12 years. I think this was probably the prettiest house we have stayed in and the service provided by InvitedHome was impeccable. They made it so easy to make the reservations and were there throughout our trip to help with any details. We will definitely use them again on our next trip!

We loved our stay at Snow Mountain Lodge. The views were just outstanding at every time of the day and the views were great from almost every room. The home was spacious and well equipped. We had an extended family of 12 with 5 kids under 6 and we had a wonderful time. The kitchen ( and whole home) was very well equipped. Invited Home gave a great recommendation for a personal chef to come to our rental to prepare a meal for us one night. There were so many activities to do and the wildlife we saw was wonderful. We would certainly consider a stay here again.
