Working with Abraham has been great. He is very on top of everything. Although there were some issues with the individual I was working with before, he has taken the time to make some progress in my marketing.

we felt our old site was hurting conversion. invigo’s design team rebuilt it beautifully—fast loading, mobile-friendly, visually appealing and intuitive. but they didn’t stop there SEO enhancements and targeted ppc brought visitors, and call tracking linked them to actual bookings. evergenius is the backend glue we didn’t know we needed. it integrates email automation, sms reminders, insights dashboards, and more. our email campaigns now engage new leads reliably. medical copywriting made our content feel confident, compassionate, and trustworthy. working with invigo made our clinic appear as polished online as we are in person.

Working with Francisco at Invigo has been an absolute breath of fresh air. He's been on point—incredibly communicative, responsive, and genuinely invested in bringing my vision to life. So far, he has made the entire process smooth, clear, and stress-free, which is something I deeply value when juggling a lot on my plate. They started sending me unsolicited emails (SPAM) for no reason.
I don't understand why they'd send emails requesting collaboration for something that has nothing to do with my professional activity.

Don't know where they bought our information from. But these guys started emailing us using our old company name that hasn't existed for at least 6 months, but emailing to our new company email. Clearly haven't done any research about us whatsoever. They're talking something about getting us new patients, when they're themselves are based in Canada. We're private chef hire in UK, what patients! Make it make sense...

Working with Tomas has been a pleasure for me. He is genuinely interested in our mission and is invested in communicating our vision to our customers as cleanly as we want. He is a good person with the correct values which makes communication between us smoother and more efficient.

BAD COMPANY

Working with Invigo Media has been one of the most disappointing and damaging experiences for our business. Over the course of 11 months, we paid them close to $30,000 with the promise that they would deliver 25 new patients per month. We paid them to build our website, create and manage all social media platforms, host them, and run advertising campaigns.

Unfortunately, they failed on every front. Despite paying them month after month, we saw almost zero traction from the website — no appointment bookings and virtually no online visibility. Worse, their marketing team used language that violated Meta’s advertising policies, which got our business blocked from advertising on social platforms altogether.

When we finally decided to end the relationship — as allowed in their own agreement, which states we could exit after 6 months if they didn’t deliver — they acted in bad faith. Even though we legally owned our domain, Invigo Media took down our website and stole the domain name, completely cutting off our online presence. It felt like a vindictive move to punish us for leaving. As a result, our business has suffered tremendously, with clients unable to find or reach us.

We gave them a one-month notice and tried to work through our concerns, but they were unwilling to let us go without trying to destroy what they had built — which we had paid for. After multiple attempts on trying to get our website back. One of their employees sent me an email attachment with my own contents.

This company is not only unprofessional but operates unethically. They took our money, provided no real return, and left us worse off than when we started. I would never recommend Invigo Media to anyone. They are not good people, and they do not stand behind their promises.

Things are going good with Tomas and his team getting my advertising and website off the ground. Big thanks to them.

October 2025: Updating after 8 months of working with Invigo & Wishpond

Let me be perfectly clear — from February 2025 through October 2025, your organization has produced zero leads, zero conversions, and zero return on my investment. Not one single client, or single email.

From the words of your own rep: " I want to acknowledge upfront that the results so far are not what any of us expected. I completely understand your frustration, especially given the time and investment you’ve made into this partnership."

You're draining my business financially while I’ve been fighting to keep the doors open and serve an underrepresented population that already struggles to find help. Instead of accountability or meaningful correction, you’re now offering a package for more money — as if bleeding a stone somehow creates results.

Your company has been negligent, unprofessional, and reckless with client privacy. Twice, my website was misconfigured by your team to host another company’s content — exposing private messages that had nothing to do with my business. That level of incompetence is not a simple oversight. It’s a breach of trust.

And now, after eight months of failure, you’re still pitching new packages as though your performance justifies another dollar. It doesn’t.

None of these options work. None are acceptable. And none restore the damage that’s been done.

Email after email from the same person. Had to remove the name because she has rights, even though she ignores mine 🤷‍♀️. Blocked yet it continues. So annoying. Might need to look at your marketing strategy (for a marketing company 🙄).

Francisco has been exceptional with a very complicated healthcare industry. I am owner of Outpatient Article 31 clinic in Brooklyn, NY and I am very pleased with his work and most importantly helping us increase our Botton line over 15% in last month. We have used services for over 5 months and already seeing impact.

Estefano and Ashan were very helpful in providing technical SEO guidance that helped us maintain and improve our website performance. They are both very knowledgeable, kind, and easy to work with. They are able to break down complex technical issues and provide step-by-step, manageable fixes that were able to be easily implemented.

Early on, we did run into some issues with Invigo/Wishpond's CRM platform, Evergenius, which made it unsuitable for our company's needs. We did not end up using it.

Regardless, we had a good experience with Invigo/Wishpond because of the great people on their team, especially Estefano and Ashan.

I am giving 5 stars specifically for my experience with Francisco, who is an exceptional communicator and very quick to handle and address any problems that have come up! He is patient and kind and I'm very grateful to have him as our account manager!

Our account manager Francisco, is always willing to help and assist us with any queries we may have. We are very very happy to have him as our project manager.

So far I have been impressed by their work. Francisco, my account manager, is responsive and quick to act on any requests. I cannot comment on results of the digital marketing yet, but no issues so far.

Staff always helpful, quick responding and very knowledgeable!

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Francisco and his team to help deploy our marketing plan.
