After much consideration and after reviewing the illustration of their back testing and profits made over a period of time I signed for their service.
IT WAS ALL UGLY
Cameron was the front man for this service that was a disaster from start to end 10/31/2024 after 4 months I closed my account with a 20% loss
($2,000 from $10,000), while they refunded me for the fee paid for their service ($10,000) I still suffer the lost of capital, I do not recommend their service.

Avoid Investermind Algo Also called Emerald Stream Capital - Huge Losses, Lack of Transparency

I used Investermind Algo for several months and unfortunately experienced significant losses totaling over $13,000. The algorithm they promote lacks real-world testing, relying solely on developer data, which led to poor performance in live trading. Despite their claims of great returns and experience, my experience proved otherwise.

I tried several of their algorithms, each with similarly disappointing results. Their response to my losses was simply, "Sorry," with no reimbursement or meaningful assistance. While I understand trading is inherently risky, this was different. They were not transparent about the risks, and their lack of experience was evident.

One of the most concerning issues was their suggestion to monitor trades manually and close them if losses became substantial. This completely defeats the purpose of using an algorithm, which is supposed to manage trades autonomously.

Although Cameron, their CEO, is polite and nice person, the lack of transparency and poor communication overshadowed that. It took weeks to get a response from them on multiple occasions. While Cameron eventually refunded my subscription, it came only after several weeks of waiting and significant financial losses, for which they offered no reimbursement or accountability.

If you're considering Investermind Algo, my advice is to stay away. The system does not work, and investing in it could lead to substantial financial loss. Save your money and avoid the frustration of dealing with a service that falls far short of its promises.

Joining investormind.ai was a great experience! Their customer support from sales to install with (Danny/Brandon/and the team) was awesome. They helped with the on-boarding of my investment and navigated me through the software setups to monitor my trades. I was up and trading with their algo within a week and making good returns. They are always available to chat and help answer any questions about my investments with the software. I would recommend them to other investors looking diversify their portfolio in forex and algo trading.

This was my first time trying out algorithm based investing, and I'm stoked about the results. My initial investment has grown 10.75% over the last 3 months. Both Daniel + Lauren have been helpful getting me set up. The whole thing has been a huge learning curve for me, but they've been quick to answer questions whenever I've needed support. Admittedly, I haven't taken the time to watch many of the extensive FAQ / Course videos provided, but have been able to navigate the trading platforms fairly easily on my own with occasional pointers from the team.

I joined Investormind.ai a couple weeks back. I've had 2 losses in the past 9 days that I've ran their algorithm resulting in a 6% loss of my original investment in that timeframe. I am holding out for the 90 days to see if maybe the market has been volatile during this period and maybe the market will be more stable in the future. I have addressed my concern with Investormind.ai to see if the algo can be optimized or tweaked to optimize profits versus loss in the future.

Joined Im 4 WEEKS AGO. My experience of the service has been amazing!
My initial results are 3 % for first few weeks.
They pulled us back on futures while the market went very volatile due to the Israel conflict which I felt was very smart move. We are now redeploying and I am excited to get that going .
And communication during that time has been excellent ! The team are always available to speak and meet when required.
The most important thing I consider as an investor is accountability . My experience of the team so far is that they are highly accountable.

So i began my automation trading journey with Nurp in January 2023. Which they are great. But then i quickly realized there are other good companies out there and quickly heard of Investor Mind. Since joining their program in August of 2023, it has hit all of my expectations!! I’m grateful and happy with the results.

Since joining IM back in 2023 of July I’ve recovered both my enrollment cost and my principal. Honestly I don’t have any complaints. Both Daniel and Cameron have been very helpful in the process and made this very easy along the way.

If you are thinking of joining, don't. Hold off. They started having major issues. Their futures bots are faulty and blew through nearly 30% of my account in less than 1 week. They admitted to having serious issues and are scrambling to work them out - but bottom line is your money is at risk. Tons of people apparently are in the same boat. If you are seriously considering this service and want an honest update, bookmark this review. They are working to fix things, and seems they are trying to turn things around but it's still too early. I'll gladly update it this review when things change.

My partner and I have met with 2 guys at Investormind and they seem great. The results sound phenomenal, and we feel like we would be crazy not to jump in and get going! We're excited to become part of the community of users and interested in meeting others. When it comes to investing, I've had my fair share of hits and misses, especially with NFTs and crypto.

But when Investormind caught my eye, I figured I'd try it out. Easy decision because of the 30 day trial.

Game-changer. The setup was a simple, and Cameron and Lauren from their team are total pros, making sure I was up to speed every step of the way. Great service overall. 

I'm no finance wizard, but Investormind made trading feel accessible, even for someone like me. They broke it down in a way that just made sense.

I'd recommend Investormind for sure and for anyone on the fence they have a 30 day trial to make getting started simple.

In my opinion I would HIGHLY stay away from these guys as seems very much like potential a scam.
First I dealt with a sales person nice guy but first zoom meeting he was late, 2nd zoom meeting even later and then on the 3rd meeting when I was supposed to sign up after 20 minutes late he NO showed? He couldnt get out of bed on time for his zoom appt which started at 10:00 a.m. his time and he has no value of someone else's time as I arranged my day around these appts.

I got spammed a week later and I tried to set up appt again and I got a different person which I wanted and the girl who called was so rude and because she had seen I talked with him n he cancelled my appt even though i said dont do that and she got snippy and did it anyways.

Then a week later I get spammed again. I tried one more time and get a Daniel. I was his first appt of the day at 10:30 a.m. his time and he still showed up over 15 minutes late and then had the nerve to say we only had a few minutes because he had another one at 11:00. I go so because you slept in and were late to work you're going to cut my meeting short?? He then got very cocky and arrogant and became a smart azz and I had to hang up with him after some back and forth.

I just read a previous review who mentions this Daniel by name also a couple reviews before my review about him being a jerk and to me they all are. it doesnt matter who you talk with. These millennials cant get out of bed, they cant show up on time with customers and then get a attitude when you call them out on it??? Yet they want to deal with people 20-40 years older than them in the Financial Services field??

So here's the good part- I right a 1 star review and posted it. this was about 3 weeks ago approx. I get called from the CEO and at first I was very impressed. He was upset about how his staff handle themself and talked a good game and took ownership etc... I actually liked the guy.

He said because the traditional product that they are advertising has low returns right now he was going to put me in another product. The traditional product is low returns right now fyi...and I already knew that before i talked with the CEO. January it was like around 3.5% and February around 2% so don't get sucked into ads that say 10% plus because those were from 2022 and first part of 2023 fyi.... Truth in that.

So I agree to go into this other product. He says needs 7-10 days to set up. I say fine. He asks if i will take down the 1 star review in the mean time. I say no problem and I do.
So on day 10 still nothing even though HE said 7-10 days. at this point my skin is starting to crawl because here you have the CEO not honoring his word. I dont say nothing. Then on day 13 I get a email from him not saying he is ready but asking if i had funded my account and set up a cloud computer yet because he was "almost" ready.
I said no- because i want him to get his end ready first because funding my Tradestation account is as simple as going to the bank and wiring the money. and then the cloud computer will start charging a monthly fee and I didnt want to do anything until he was set up on his end.
So he said he almost there so now I go do it. I have to pay a wire fee to the bank to get my money there and then i sign up for the cloud computer and pay my first month's fee. At this point i have a few hours of time also invested in trouble shooting with these outside platforms to get everything set up right in addition to paying out of pocket fees to get set up.

I have a zoom meeting with him a couple days later and discuss a few things, even sign a contract with him and then we need to set up a final one to get everything implemented. Now at this point his demeanor was different than the first time where he was acting professional. It was like he was rushing through and this is all new to me and I have NO idea of the process and how it all comes together as most people dont either. but that little voice started whispering saying something might not be right. The only thing giving me hope this isnt a scam is that we dont have to pay upfront but only after 30 days. So what can go wrong right?? Life is you only know what you know.

Now THE CEO sets up another final zoom meeting. At this point I am out money by funding the account ( and side bar i requested a wire back from Tradestation to get my money back and they refused, i have to wait until Monday to find out why but not good.) they took my wire and now wont send it back?

But he sets up another zoom appt with me at 8:00 a.m. And for the record this will have been my 3rd zoom appt with the guy. I like most people are busy and arranged my day around this because this was supposed to be D day where he implements everything and makes it all work... and guess what?-- Just like his staff- He no shows on me! WT* !!??
If the companies CEO stiffs you and cant get out of bed no wonder his staff wont do it either.
Bottom line I personally will never invest a cent with these guys. Nothing but a joke.

Seems a bit gimmicky. Daniel that reach out to me is a bit of a jerk to be honest. Their averages aren’t really updated. They claim 11% per month, but cherry picking the good months. They don’t re-run the averages on the slow 2% months.

60% returns in roughly 6 1/2 months. Practically passive returns at that. Brian helped a ton with the initial Q&A (and we had a lot of questions), and that facilitated a very smooth, quick setup for me to get up and running. Certainly the best financial move I made in 2023.
