I have had a lot of hiccups with my move and very unhappy with the state the new build apartment is in as I was the first tenant to live there.

Intus Lettings are quick and efficient when it comes to email and what’s app responses.

The management of the property I stayed in in Sheffied consider it’s tenants as numbers(££) other than people.paid premium for a one bedroom apartment in the heart of Sheffied.but unfortunately had to move to another city.was made to pay a huge fine as much as 1month rent even after I offered to have the tenancy agreement transferred.The house was put up for rent on the market and was marked up by £50. They Had prospective members of the public come view the apartment while I was still in there and within a week it was rented even with the mark up.I was glad I could help by providing unhindered access to the property and left it In prestige condition.fast forward to me getting back my deposit after I voluntarily asked the agency to get thier own cleaning team and paid a premium of about £115 as I was told it would be “DEEP CLEANING “..woke up to an email to say I left the apartment in a disappointing state hence I would be charged an extra £300 for damages.I won’t stand for that as I believe this is day light robbery wanting to fleece me of my deposit after you had successfully rented the apartment with a good mark up and turn around to say I left the house in a deplorable state an apartment that was taken off the market a week after it was listed with successful multiple viewings and no complaints from the team during viewings???please guys be careful while dealing with this Company.I won’t take this day light robbery laying down hence I am advising members of the public always use the carrot and stick approach dealing with these guys else you would be taken for a ride.I would keep you guys posted as things unfold

Review based on the Sheffield branch - I'm extremely pleased with how everything has gone with a new apartment let. So far I've only dealt with a single person at Intus, and the service from start to finish has been great. Thanks Dayna for being so responsive and helpful with the process. Looking forward to my move date! :)

Great service and communication from Intus Sheffield from the time we started dealing with them to lease a flat on Kelham Island through to ending the lease in October. Rob Parker was efficient, professional and understanding in all his dealings with us.

We used this agent for a managed service on our property. You can note that the first bullet point on the website under the managed service section states that - "A thorough check out process is conducted, noting meter readings" - This was not done by them when our tenant moved out and we were not informed that it hadn't been done (if we had been informed we could have done it ourselves). As the utility company had been under estimating our tenants meter readings and the correct final readings were never provided, the utility company are charging me for this huge discrepancy.
I have contacted the office about this but they've stated that although it is on the website that they will take the meter readings, it is not in the actual contract, so we cannot hold them to account. I have a complaint lodged with them.
The tenant was extremely difficult from the beginning, falling behind within the first few months, not allowing access to the property, stopping payment altogether and finally leaving the property with extensive damage. All of this despite the checks done by the agency. This makes this additional large expense even more difficult to take.
If I was looking for an agent to act for me again, I would go for one I could trust to follow through on the services they advertise on their website.

Moving can be very stressful but Katrina was very helpful and made the process of moving into the new property so smooth for me and my partner. Could not have done anything more, brilliant service

Within 24 hours of Katrina visiting property a tenant was found and everything went ahead without delay

Katie has restored our faith in the service we have received from Intus. We started with the lovely Simon Earles who sadly passed away. We were disappointed with the service we received immediately after that but hung on.
More recently Katie has managed our property in the same way Simon had. She is efficient and prompt- always keeping me up to date. The last tenants were difficult and uncooperative and she navigated their departure well.

My telephone conversations with Katie were always polite, helpful and informative. As we live so far away in Dorset, it is reassuring to know that Katie is looking after the property so well.

Katie went the extra mile and negotiated costs and hired the best contractors to renovate the property- saving us money. I would always recommend her.
