Had a Diablo and SC bought from those guys. I had a small delay for the keys but everything was smooth.

I will try them again in the future.

Been waiting for a Crysis 3 Hunter Edition for 2 months and still have not received the key. Ordered it half a year ago. Contacted them via their site form, via their admin mail account. Even send my picture with my ID without them requesting for it. Not a word. Losing confidence that I am ever going to see or hear something positive about it. So still waiting...

Later: contacted them via their e-mail adres reported in my PayPal acount. Got a support-system ticket! Got a response! So this is the way to go... Got 110% of my purchase back in with a coupon code. Ordered Battlefield 4 with it. I hope they have setup a watertight system that won't forget pre-order buyers. Still giving them a chance to prove them.

I live around the world which makes any digital distribution a bitch. My first experience with intkeys was great. Got my keys incredibly quick and product activated perfectly. If you are Australian, this is way to save!

Keys work, delivery is VEEERRRRYYYY SLOOOOOWWWWW, cheap prices.. anyways, if your willing to wait 4-5 days to get a working key taken by camera on a piece of cardboard, then this is the site for you. if u want to spend three times more, go buy somewhere else. nuff said

I've bought about 3 games from these guys so far.
Saints Row: The Third - Arrived about 35 hours later.
I got this game a couple of years back and they've improved their times since then.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (Russian Version) -Arrived 5 hours later.
The russian versions require a VPN to be activated in Australia. It was only 17 bucks and they had full tutorials on how to activate it anywhere. They also offered a free service to activate it for me.
Tomb Raider
This game is brand spanking new and it arrived 5 minutes after I bought it.
All of the keys worked and saved me a lot of money. intkeys is a pretty personal company in my experience and they really do their best to provide good customer service. It's totally legitimate and I really recommend buying off these guys.

They sent me a used Key and I still did not respond anything. I see them online on skype but not yet say anything about it. I have sent the pictures to the activation shows that I'm not wrong. I have made available to chat with EA showing that the attendant says that the same key is already in use for a long time. Even with all that they do not respond at all!

Intkeys was very slow to dispatch ,over 24hrs in fact ,i have to admit i thought i had been scammed at first but they pulled thru in the end and i received my copy of BF3 Limited Edition ,which was cheaper than anywhere else i could find it by £5.
On a downside tho i have to say the support side of things for me was absolutely non existent ,the skype support never got answered regardless of around 25+ attempts and i got no luck from emailing them either ,i suppose in reality i should award them 3 stars but i'm really happy to finally have received my game now ,that i will give them the benefit of the doubt and hope it wont happen again and award 5 stars ,i will add tho for me to personally use them again i would have to see some pretty decent reviews regarding quickness of dispatch and improvement on the so called skype support

I paid for BF3 premium and they took 4 days to send the key, which had to give me a refund of 10% on my purchase, as it hasn't been delivered in 48h AS IT WAS ADVERTISED ON THE MAIN PAGE OF THE SITE !!!!!!
I contacted 15 times their customer support by e-mail, skype, facebook and twitter and got a response 7 or 8 times : "we will proceed your refund in the coming days".

AFTER 3 MONTHS : NOTHING !!!!!

i bought a borderlands2 VPN cd-key last week but you never sent any cdkey.

I've recently bought a copy of Battlefield 3, but then regretted the decision as EA, being EA, decided to throw in a sale just hours after my purchase. Since the key was not delivered yet, I emailed their support to cancel my order, to no avail. They sent the key and no refund was given. I then decided to open a dispute. I then received a reply from their FB page, saying that they could not help me as the case was now being handled by their paypal department. Unacceptable customer service.
