Very good products ! The only reason I put it at 4 star and not 5 it is because the delivery took 2 month ,but it was a preorder.

Never received my order!! 🤬 it is now 2 months ago!!!

I would give a zero for this company if I could. Never received my order, was a combo with 2 items for $42. No answer from them by email and the SHOP APP to track the order says that was delivered 2hours ago, that is not correct. I purchased on April 07 and today is April 28. I will file a claim with BBB and with my bank. This is a Scam.

Ordered spray and pomade. Never got the spray, pomade had compromised packaging. Kid was so excited, he cleaned it and I didn't take the picture. When I notified the company that spray was never sent and packaging of pomade was compromised, they kept on asking for pictures not understanding that I cannot take a picture of a cleaned up mess and cannot take a picture of an item that was never received. Do NOT recommend this to anyone!

Echoing someone from below. I would give zero stars if I could. An update to my review below. I received an email saying that my second product had been delivered. Since it was being delivered to a parcel pick up business and I received no notification, I emailed back and asked for tracking info, as I never received anything. And they are completely ignoring me now. So to summarize, I received one product after 2 months and the other half of my order never arrived. This business is a scam. Beware!!

would give zero stars if we could. Horrible experience. Product finally arrived with a $50 import fee, which was never disclosed when we purchased the item. They have no transparency about where the product is made or shipped from (we searched). It took them multiple days to respond to my first inquiry and never bothered answering my questions about where the product is made or shipped from. Super sketchy.
If you are thinking of ordering this product from Canada, find something else and save yourself the hassle.

Never received order. While online site says response in 12-24 hours, it’s been 2 weeks, multiple emails sent, and still crickets. I’ve reached out to the salon where we’re supposed to pick up and they don’t have the product for us. Advised I could purchase some. lol

Non delivery and no refund despite promises.ordered 8th December 2024,part delivery after Christmas no explanation until queried with them. Promised delivery of outstanding product but no show, correspinded several times and on February 24th promised full refund. Nothing refunded and nothing delivered to complete order. Do not use this company or you will just be disappointed and waste your time trying to get delivery or refund they are a disgrace.

WARNING:

InTheCutByMylz.com is a company sells specialty hair products online.
We ordered some of their products recently and we were given free shipping.
The first attempt of delivery by UPS failed since they arrived outside the window they had given.
They left a note saying they would come back the following day but a charge of $42.41 was outstanding
and needed to be paid before the packlage was released. Since I expected free shipping I emailed the companies
Customer Service address they provided with the online updates.
I have not heard a word from them even after following up a second time.
This is not only bad business but potentially fraud.
I would never have completed the order if I knew it would cost another $42.
I will never buy anything there again. Just a warning.

i have ordered twice from here since october. my boy has ordered from here too. the products work, clay saved my hair. i have experienced 0 dandruff, and i did research on the ingredients and they are all clean. my only complaint is the shipping time.

I had a problem with my order but after I contacted them they were quick to resolve the problem and the rest of my order is on the way.. thank you so much jean p

product cause dandruff, mylz says its all specially formulated when its just a dropship product from china, shipping takes a long time. only got half my order, support does respond

Their products are made and shipped from China, the order took ages to arrive and when it did 2 items which I have been charged for were missing. I have contacted them straight away and had no reply. Buyer beware !!
