The 12 inch record is great. My 2 - 7 inch 45’s do not work in my jukebox as the record does not track to the song when the needle is dropped. Disappointed in that.

Would give it 0 stars if I could!

I ordered this product 3 months ago and it said it would take 4-6 weeks to ship and i still have not recieved my order. I have emailed numerous times and a customer service bot has always responded saying they have no update on my order. This company is a total scam and I would NEVER order from them again. Not to mention, after waiting 3 months for a product, every other review is complaining about the quality. They have also done nothing to apologize or remedy the fact that my order is 1.5 months late...what a joke of a business.

The vinyl takes 3 months to be delivered, the packaging smells racid, and the entire vinyl has this static sound to it. The edges of the vinyl are rough and have bits of plastic on them, as well as the speed of multiple of the songs are ruined to where they’re oddly behind. Genuinely one of the most disappointing purchases i’ve ever made

I was very excited and hoped this wouldn't be my experience, but it was. The sleeve smelled like a printing press and felt flimsy. That was the first indication that this might not be good. Then, there is a horrid static/ungrounded hum throughout the entire record. I'm not even mad because I read the reviews after the fact. Most complained about shipping, but nope, this one hit it on the head [1]; also, the vinyl is slightly uneven/warped. So overall it's a crappy product, and there are tons of other houses out there that'll do on demand vinyl and not have a super delay to get it out the door. But FFS really? $80? I'm glad I didn't order more. This was just a test pressing to see how you did.

I'm not mad, just disappointed. I'd fix whatever you have in your shop that's causing the ungrounded hum, and spend a bit more on the actual sleeves you're having printed. Personally, i'd take a long hard look at your business as a whole and refactor the parts that aren't so great.

Took longer than quoted, my 7" vinyl showed up chipped, and sent 2 emails, no response. Garbage!

Ordered a vinyl record of my Time Travel To Rock and Roll music which I publish on all streaming platforms. I uploaded my album cover art, record label art and my music. It turned out perfect and I love it! I was impressed with the quality of the vinyl.

Ngl I didn’t know it would go through but when you guys hit me back I was like the dedication is real I was pretty grateful for how it came out and my girlfriend loved it too so thank you for this

Amazing vinyl great sound and great detail!

It was nice to have a custom vinyl, but the strong smell has me hiding it away in the garage hoping the smell will go away. The static from playing the record is more intense than I would have liked. I get that it's custom and I'm putting simple MP3s on without being mastered but the static was more than I anticipated

I am actually really happy with the records I got. Is there the slight smell on the record sleeve? Yes, but it’s from the printing process. There’s records though are great!! They play amazingly for laser cut records instead of the press method mass produced ones go through. Shipping time was also very reasonable, yes it dose say I think about a mouth or so but again small business and it custom music!!! Mine arrived about 2 and a-half months after I ordered. So all in all if I need custom records again I will definitely use there company again!!

What intheclouds aims to offer with its custom vinyl jacket printing is very valuable for individuals who want to create something unique, and their price point is very accessible. Unfortunately, they fail to create a quality product.

Issues:
- Production time was not communicated. The order confirmation email does not include an estimate; it simply says to "check out our current production timelines on our website" but does not link to a relevant page. Their home page indicates nothing, the product page indicates nothing, and their FAQ is unclear. From the FAQ, I expected 2 weeks for production, but it actually took 4 weeks. I don't know if that was normal or a delay, but I received no update during that timeframe.

-The design was printed off. I love that intheclouds makes vinyl jackets with a real spine. None of their competitors do. But I followed their design template very carefully and the outcome was my design for the spine is partly wrapped onto the front cover, which is sloppy and ugly.

-The materials are terrible. First: yes, it does smell weird. Second: The jacket is made of paper far too thin for the purpose. It is very wobbly and flexible. But thirdly: glue failed within five minutes of handling, and I hadn't even put a disc inside it yet.

Not recommended.

The print looked good. However the vinyl jacket was flimsy and felt more like paper than cardboard. Not sure if the ink is what smeled bad, but it smelled very much like chemicals.

Paper quality is bad. A vinyl cover should be able to stand up straight but this folds. Plus when ordering it said 10 business days, but actually took 4 weeks for delivery, which missed the deadline. Would never use this service again.

Received my order last week and had the listening party today!

I’m mostly happy with my order and I’ll definitely consider ordering from you again. But there are some negatives:

1) The album cover is very poor quality. Poor materials, and you use some of the front to act as the binding. This caused my title to be cut off and it looks bad (image attached). I actually chose ya’ll in the first place because yours was the only creator UI that made it look like my front image WOULDN’T be cut off. So this was a huge letdown.

2) I’m forced to manually place the needle. There’s a huge gap between the edge and the first song and there’s no guide for the needle to follow to start playing.

3) I am hearing involuntary pitch changes. This is mainly happening on Side B, Track 1 but it’s quite noticeable.

Nothing deal breaking, i’m still enjoying my record but these are things that seriously make me consider not recommending to friends looking to do this.

Wow…genuinely one of the coolest things I’ve ever bought!! I created a custom vinyl for my boyfriend for our anniversary and got to choose all of our favorite songs to put on it! He loves it! My only complaint/ suggestion is that processing took over a month and a half, which was about expected, but I hadn’t heard anything from the company during that time and it made me nervous I got scammed but I can 100% say it is not a scam lol. If you’re thinking about getting a record- do it!

I’ve sent 6 records to be made so far and everyone has sounded better and better. I believe in this guy’s craftsmanship.
