Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your experience, and I want to offer some clarification. It appears you bought this course in 2021 so we are firstly surprised why you would leave a review some 4 years later, but perhaps that is indicative of your action taking. When you where asked to provide evidence that you had followed and implemented the program to support your refund request you failed to provide that.

Our affiliate training program is laid out in a step-by-step format, designed to be followed in sequence, and we’ve seen many students — including several who joined at the same time — achieve outstanding results by following it closely. In fact, many went on to replace their incomes entirely through the methods taught.

We appreciate that not every program will work for every individual, which is why we have a clear and fair refund policy in place. This requires students to provide evidence that they’ve completed the training and implemented it fully before a refund can be considered. In your case, this evidence wasn’t submitted, which is why a refund wasn’t granted.

Regarding your comments about Dr Hemmel Amrania — I’d like to respectfully clarify that Hemmel is a PhD-level professional with deep expertise, and he brings enormous integrity and care to his teaching. He regularly goes above and beyond to support students, personally reviewing their progress and offering detailed guidance to help them succeed. It’s important to us that the contributions of our team are fairly represented.

That said, we do take all feedback seriously and continue to refine our courses in response to student input. If you'd like to re-engage with us and explore further support, we’re open to that. But unfortunately the refund is clearly stated that it is on the basis of 'following the program', and if you don't actually do that of course you will not have any success.

Our Passive Affiliate Blueprint was designed specifically as an alternative to traditional affiliate marketing methods — offering a streamlined approach that doesn't require building a website or growing an email list before seeing results. The system focuses on direct-response Google Ads to promote well-converting affiliate offers with minimal setup. And yes — that method has worked, and continues to work, for a wide range of students, many of whom had no previous marketing background.

We’re very clear throughout the course (and during support) that success depends on selecting the right offers and targeting them with smart, low-CPC campaigns. Your refund request was reviewed thoroughly, and unfortunately, it showed that several key steps in the course — including proper offer selection and ad configuration — weren’t completed as instructed. Without that, we can’t reasonably assess whether the program “failed to deliver,” or if it simply wasn’t followed through.

We value your loyalty and the trust you've placed in our courses over the years and are therefore disappointed that you have chosen to leave this review based on the fact that you did not complete the training course as we laid out and that you feel that the terms were not clear or do not apply to you.

Our Guarantee of results was designed to support customers who actively and consistently applied the training throughout the program's one-year duration. To ensure fairness and transparency, the guarantee was accompanied by terms and conditions outlining the requirements. Contrary to your assertion in the review, these were spoken about directly during the sales webinar on a couple of occasions and reinforced on the purchase page. In addition you had to positively tick that you had read and understood those terms to complete your purchase. These terms included the necessity to follow and implement all our training consistently to qualify for the guarantee. Of course if you don't follow and implement all the training you can't expect to get the results. Not following and implementing the training and then leaving us a 1* review is really like booking a plane ticket, not showing up at the airport and then leaving a 1* review for the airline.

In your review you stated that your personal circumstances prevented you from continuing with the program since April. However, as the guarantee was not intended as insurance for changes in personal circumstances (something we specifically highlighted within the Terms page), we are unable to refund your program due to your lack of completion.

We have provided exactly what was offered in the training program, including regular live training sessions throughout the year, and unlimited support for the whole 12 months. All materials and support access are in the members are which you have successfully logged into

We strive to provide clarity during our webinars and in all communications, but we understand how sales presentations can sometimes feel fast-paced. That’s why we made the full terms accessible on our website for review before purchase and ensured that all customers had to tick to confirm that they accept the Terms before they could purchase.

We have to say that our first thoughts when reading your review were to be taken aback by your unfounded and slanderous comments and to be upset that our many years of positive reviews might be a clue that you had got things wrong. We all work so hard to build our business reputation and it hurts when it is called into question erroneously.

Firstly what you are referring to is not actually a product sold by us, but one sold by a partner on a webinar we invited our customers to. Further it seems that you haven't actually purchased the product either on which to base your review.

So let’s take a deep breath, rise above it, and turn this into a teachable moment instead.

The thing is that what you are seeing online for $17 is the REAL scam, not the actual verified training product we presented on our webinar. You see some online fraudsters and copyright thieves have taken to ripping off the hard work of successful course creators, copying some elements of an online course and passing it off online as a full legitimate training product.

What you are seeing isn’t real or legitimate.

These creeps not only steal from course creators, but they also steal from the unsuspecting public. Yes may be able to buy a stolen version of the course videos for $17 but do you think it would actually give you access to any of the software, coaching, support and full training? Clearly that’s an obvious no. So all you end up with is being disappointed, losing your money and funding criminals.

The real offering comes with a money back guarantee, unfortunately the fake counterfeiters don't.

Your review is really akin to calling a cinema a scammer because they charge £10 to watch a film, when you can find a badly recorded version of that somewhere on the dark web for free.

It’s a real shame you didn’t take a moment to double-check with us first before posting your ill-informed and hasty review or we would have happily explained your mistake.

Obviously we would prefer you to consider editing your review as being called a scammer hurts us, but if you don’t have the consideration to do that then we will leave this response here as a teachable moment for others

Having checked our data base we can not find record of "David Jones" and trustpilot request for you to provide evidence of a transaction has not been responded too.

So given that your review is of purchases not made from this company and you have done so using a false name and provided no evidence of purchase or correspondence we can only question your motives here.
