Voor Mauritanië hebben wij geen melding van een probleem ontvangen, waardoor we je helaas niet hebben kunnen helpen. We adviseren altijd om bij verbindingsproblemen direct contact op te nemen, zodat we kunnen meekijken. Daarnaast kan de kwaliteit van mobiele netwerken per land en regio sterk variëren, wat invloed kan hebben op de verbinding.

E-sim worked fine in marocco but did not work in Senegal.
Data roaming was enabled but it still did not work.

For Senegal, our support team asked you to check a few settings, including data roaming. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a follow-up response, so we couldn’t confirm whether the issue was resolved or assist further. We’re of course happy to help if you’d still like support.

All worked well, easy activated, enough traffic for the price 10 gb for 27 eur for 30 days, good signal, but i used only in big city-Abidjan. I used it for travel and leisure. Too bad it doesn’t have a small amount of calls/sms some applications request a sms code confirmation, it only has data.

Het spijt ons te horen dat je een probleem had met je simkaart.
Helaas, omdat u op dat moment geen contact met ons heeft opgenomen, hebben we niet de kans gekregen om het probleem voor u op te lossen. Verbindingsproblemen zijn zeldzaam, maar als ze zich voordoen, als we ons ervan bewust zijn, kunnen we je altijd heel snel verbinden.
