I am waiting for a refund for the service that was immediately cancelled. This rip-off company charges nearly 5 TIMES the actual cost of an IDP, if done through AAA - 1 of only 2 organizations recognized by the US Dept. of State to offer this service. The phone number that they provide on their e-mail is NOT-IN-SERVICE!!!

I received the licence well presented. Although I believe you highjack my inquiry from the enquiry I made to NRMA.

Satisfied with the CS support, as they were able to answer all my questions before I submitted my application. It's really important to inquire about the destination country to avoid any confusion regarding their driving policy

The information provided on the website is not accurate. It states that the service can be used in certain listed countries, including Bahrain. However, after verification, the service is unfortunately not allowed in Bahrain.

It seems that proper research regarding country-specific restrictions was not conducted before publishing this information. I strongly recommend reviewing and updating the country eligibility details to prevent confusion and inconvenience for users.

Good experience but now I apply I didn’t know when I can my license

My order arrived weeks after the delivery date of the express service, but the problem was that at my submission I put the wrong year, and I ask the customer service to modify it, the same day I make the purchase, they said that all was ok, and, 2 months later, licence with the wrong date was arrived.

Very disappointed for the price that it came with date error and became useless

So, resume, licence take at least 2 months to complete delivery in Europe, and it is a very good quality, customer service experience 0, have a good day

RUN! Run away! This company is a scam. They made a mistake when creating my ID and I knew instantly when they confirmed the info at the time of ordering. But there’s no way to stop them! They supposedly have a chat, but it’s fake - nobody chats with you. They supposedly have email - but it’s fake. Nobody ever responds to any email. Worst of all, they have a fake phone number on their receipt and on their website. I called the number but the phone is answered by a completely different company who tells me that they get phone calls daily on this fake phone number from people just like me trying to track down this scam company. They are a scam. They billed my credit card anyway and never got back to me. And of course, when the product arrived, it contained this error. Never, never use this company!!

The IDA is immediately responsive and quite professional. Received everything properly via digital and physical. Only issue is that USA is not listed as one of the countries which accepts the permit. All else has been quite good.

Not happy for the IDP amount I paid

The digital version of IDA arrived promptly but I am still waiting for the card - ordered on Feb 3 some 10 days ago. For me, not actually a problem; and I am UK based, so subject to vagaries of postal service. Apart from that, the service is worth more than 3 stars.
