I ordered from the company on the 24/08/2026 with an estimated delivery date of the 22/09/2026. The delivery came as a complete surprise when it arrived on the 31/08/2026 without any communication.

As a result of this I couldn’t get my fitter to fit the doors that week. We discovered some damage on the door then when we could fit the doors on 07/09/2026 but internal doors have refused to replace as it’s gone over their 24h policy even though they acknowledged that they didn’t send communication about the new delivery date.

Internal Doors web site promises all sorts of things they do not deliver on. We ordered a door from them 5 days ago and later on the same day we ordered a door lining kit. We were excited when we got a prompt email from them saying that our door was ready for dispatch and would be delivered in 3-5 working days. Accordingly we instructed the builder that was going to fit the door to an ensuite bathroom he was making for us to come on the 4th day after supposed dispatch of our door. When no door had arrived we phoned internal doors who said that their delivery company had told them that the delivery would actually be in the middle of the following week. We told them that was not what we had signed up for and said we would have to think about whether we needed to cancel the order and go somewhere more reliable. Soon after this phone call we were called by the actual delivery company who told us that in fact Internal Doors had only told them about our order that very morning! We rang back to Internal Doors and were met with a very defensive assistant who basically blamed us for their lack of communication with the delivery company because we had made our order in 2 separate parts. So giving them more business actually penalised us. They then agreed that there had been mix up on their part but were not prepared to offer any recompense. When we asked to speak to a manger we were told none were available. When we asked to speak to customer services we were told they were not available. Very defensive and looking to shift the blame onto us. We cancelled the order. Be very careful of this company, it seems from other reviews that this defensive attitude and poor customer service has been experienced by numbers of people.

As a trade customer, this has been a very disappointing experience. The extremely slow dispatch and delivery have delayed our entire project and caused unnecessary disruption. Communication has been poor throughout, with very rude customer service and great difficulty getting clear answers or updates. We expect much better service from a supplier that works with trade professionals. Unfortunately, we won't be using Internal Doors UK again.

3 x Doors ordered on Monday delivered on Thursday, Can't say fairer than that. Unfortunately 1 of the doors was found to be damaged on inspection after removing wrapping. Video made and sent within the hour to Customer Services. Awaiting response from them within their timeframe of 72 hours. Will update to 5 stars possibly when satisfactory solution resolves the issue!!

I ordered a solid pine ledge and brace door, and it was exactly what we were looking for. The door looks great and the price was very reasonable. It fit perfectly into my frame without any issues. There was a small problem with the delivery date, but Jesica was very helpful and made sure the door arrived on time. We recently ordered a fire-rated oak internal door along with intumescent strips and fire-rated hinges for a home kitchen conversion project. The door itself is good quality — solid, well finished, and clearly built to the correct standard. The accessories also felt durable and compliant, which gave us confidence once everything was installed.However, the experience wasn’t completely smooth. While the products are good, we struggled to get clear guidance on installation requirements for fire doors, particularly around what to look out for when fitting and the differences in fitting a fire door compared to a normal one. Customer service were polite but couldn’t provide detailed technical advice. For something as important as fire safety, clearer installation support or documentation would really improve the overall experience.

The traditional oak 4 panel door we purchased feels strong and well crafted. The design is classic and suits our home. Installation guidance from customer service could be more detailed. Once fitted though, the door looks fantastic and performs perfectly.

The flush internal door we ordered fits perfectly with our modern interior. Customer service were friendly. Once installed, the door looks great and performs exactly as expected..

We ordered from Internaldoors after some research. We found Jessics helpful and knowledgeable. We ahd 11 doors and they are now fitted - they have gretaly enhanced the look and feel of our home. The doors are good quality and are excellent value for money. All concerned were friendly, helpful and efficient. We would most certainly recommend you to others. Thanks for a great product and great service

Excellent quality doors which were promptly delivered. I then had some issues with the install as it turned out I was going for a non-standard fit, Chloe and the team were exceptionally helpful, and despite it taking a whole lot of effort from both them and their suppliers to resolve, she persevered with tenacity and made sure I was able to get the additonal parts I needed. I'd imagine most other companies would've fobbed me off, so was delighted with the support I received, and cannot recommend them highly enough.
I have more internal doors to purchase in future when I hit phase 2 of my project, and there's no question I'll be coming straight back to them when I'm ready.

Great customer service from Layla. Would have been 5 were it not for the payment system - rather than a simple direct payment I had to use a link which initially took me to gym membership at £59.99 a month.
Care needed when payment is attempted!

So many positive comments- great customer service (Layla), great products (the doors look amazing) and a really quick turnaround.

I would not even bother looking around for future projects

COULD NO FAULT THE COMPANY IN THE WAY THEY SORTED OUT MY DELIVERY CHLOE IN CUSTOMER SERVICES WAS SO POLITE AND HELPFUL TO ME AND KEPT ME IN TOUCH ALL THE TIME IN HELPING WITH MY PROBLEM CANT THANK HER ENOUGH

After buying 8 doors from this company we found one damaged at point of fitting The company refused to own this problem after a number of emails later 20 pound refund or discount given. When ordering the replacement new door to match the rest in the house, a charge of 40 pound delivery what a kick in the teeth when the original order was free delivery due to value. New door has been delivered removed the packing to find this door also has two areas of damage. This company has no care about the product quality sent to you or any consumer rights once they have your well earned money.

Disappointing they sent the wrong doors when I specifically emailed sales to make sure the correct size is sent but still could not get it correct. Contractor had to be cancelled to install doors due to incorrect size.
Now I will have to wait another week before delivery if correct doors arrive.
