The Intermedia phone and fax system is incredibly good and robust enough programming wise to accomplish all our needs. Amazing customer service! Even when I called multiple times. Dennis was extremely helpful and deserves a raise!! I did not have the proper credentials, so he correctly denied my request and only provided limited information. For eight years we were pleased with Intermedia. When they failed to respond to our request to update our system as we were moving, we cancelled, (04/27/22) or should I say we tried. May 9, they auto debited our account. We contacted them reminding them we cancelled. Today, 6/6/22, they debited our card again. After speaking to customer service, they agreed that I tried to cancel in May, agreed to refund June, - stated the request was "not confirmed" by them so they refused to refund May. (Phone Lines were ported from them 04/28/22). Other than knowingly and fraudulently charging two months of service after canceling, they would have received 5 stars.

The technical support personnel were very knowledgeable. The last person I spoke with on this case was Vincent. He listened carefully to me while reviewing prior case notes and isolated loss patterns in the QoS reports for the sub-account. This information was vital to my next step to perfecting the Elevate system for this important customer.
