we see in the tracking that your lenses was delivered May 6, 2025.
So USPS used 1 month to deliver the package, this is something that we have no influence on. Normally the packages to US is delivered within 7-15 days.

Do not buy from this website, total scam. Bought contacts on January, never delivered. Disputed charges with PayPal and contacted them. They refused to refund charges. AVOID. SCAMMERS

The package was returned to us by USPS because they could not deliver the package. A note was left in the mailbox that the package could be picked up in the local Post Office, but obviously you did not see this note. Anyway, we have resent the package to you.
Good contacts
Received the contacts after a month. All in good condition.

I can add that the delivery time to the US is normally 7-15 days, but lately we have seen that USPS sometimes takes longer time to deliver the packages, which was the case for you. This is unfortunately beyond our control.
Didn't receive order
Didn't receive my order and no one from customer service is responding to me. Very disappointed.
Edit: In response to the reply from Interlenses, I've sent several messages through your website and at least two emails regarding my order that went unanswered. One of those emails was finally replied to. Maybe that part of your site isn't working.

Dear client,
we can only find an email from you from March 13, and we responded to you the same day.
We have sent another email to you today. After 30 days we can make a reclamation to the Portuguese Public Mail (CTT), which we have done today. CTT will contact USPS.
According to international agreements, USPS has 30 days to reply. When we have a reply, we will contact you again.
If we are informed that the package is lost, we can issue a refund to you or send a new package.
We are truly sorry for the delay of your lenses. Sometimes a package stays for a prolonged time in the US Customs, and sometimes a package stays for a prolonged time in one of USPS locations. As you hopefully understand this is outside of our control.
I can inform that we sent a package to another client February 9th, and he informed us that he received the package Friday March 14th. So as you understand occasionally the packages takes a long time to arrive.
Let's hope the package is not lost, and that you receive your lenses soon.
another great experience with interlenses
This is my second order with Interlenses and it will not be my last. They not only had my preferred brand of contacts in stock but also at a reasonable price. I received my order in under 21 days.
