Please avoid this scamming company. This company offers a 7 day free trial service, after which you get charged monthly. I subscribed to try, and after I had access to their service, realized that it was very poor, their design tool was a joke, so I quickly cancelled the subscription in their website (before the end of the 7-days trial). To my surprise, a couple of weeks later I got charged on my card (39 USD). I emailed them that first month and checked the cancellation again on the website. My email was never answered.

I am still disputing to my bank, which is not helping, after 5 consecutive monthly charges, the only solution they offer is to block my card.

Also when trying to log into interiorflow.co website, its says "Passwords cannot be submitted." The whole thing is clearly a simple scam.

My dispute is unresolved up to this date, but legal actions are on the way.

THE review saying it is a scam is correct. I have never used or bought this service however it appears constantly as a charge. I am so upset because there is no help from their customer service. AVOID AT ALL COST!

I am 65 years old, but experienced architect with 3D Max 6 only. Rendering was a problem for me, but being a artist, I do finish with PS. Now, this is amazing and my work is done in a blink.

Love it! It is great for generating ideas and optional versions of design.

Scam - do not sign up, no support and they just take your money and don't provide any service

This platform is an absolute scam. They have charged me over $300 for a subscription that I never signed up for. When I contacted them, they asked for the email address I supposedly used to subscribe, despite the fact that I had never even heard of this platform until I noticed charges on my bank account for seven consecutive months.

I requested a refund, but they refused to provide any support. Instead, they kept copying and pasting the same message over and over, insisting that I must have an account with them. It’s clear that they are not interested in resolving the issue or helping their customers.

To make matters worse, their customer service is virtually non-existent. Every attempt to reach out is met with automated responses that do nothing to address the actual problem. I have wasted countless hours trying to get to the bottom of this, only to be met with frustration and dead ends.

I strongly advise anyone considering using this platform to stay far away. They are nothing but thieves, taking money without consent and providing no assistance or accountability. Save yourself the headache and avoid these scammers at all costs.

Great tool for folks like me who are not trained as an interior designer.

I was asked to review this app before I could even open it so I gave it 5 stars in hopes it was as good as it says..
Sadly I still can’t use it over 24 hours after purchase because they won’t respond and will not let me log in with my password or reset it with the auto email they send.

I have reached out to this company several times via the email they have provided that I have not been able to login to their site nor cancel my membership.

Your asking me for a review before I’ve even had a chance to look at the interface or tools.

Trial seemed to be working well and then bounced me out after I paid and I cant get site to accept a new password and no where to turn for help!

I have sent several emails to cannot list email in a review."" and just in case it was a typo ""cannot list email in a review"" as listed online as a means to cancel one's subscription over the past few days and have not received any responses. While I don't necessarily believe they are a fraudulent company I do believe because of the lack of function between their site and email that they are non functional as it currently stands.

I am compelled to warn others about my distressing experience with this service, which I firmly believe to be a SCAM! It's imperative that potential customers steer clear of the so-called "free trial" offer, as it's anything but free. Despite the sea of 5-star reviews, which now seem blatantly fake, I ended up being charged over $300 without my consent.

My disappointment with the service itself was immediate—the program's performance was utterly dismal, prompting me to cancel well within the trial period. However, canceling proved to be a Herculean task, orchestrated, it seems, to discourage users from escaping their clutches. The customer support is a ghost town, making it nearly impossible to reach out for help.

On the rare occasion that you do manage to get a response, don't hold your breath for any meaningful assistance. Their replies are evasive and unhelpful, showing a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction or rectifying their wrongs. As of this review, I am yet to see a single cent of my money returned, despite my repeated pleas and ultimately having to resort to reporting them to PayPal in a desperate bid to halt further unauthorized deductions.

I urge everyone to heed this warning: DO NOT SIGN UP for their services. The allure of a free trial is a facade for a scheme designed to ensnare and exploit. I've learned my lesson the hard way; I hope my experience can prevent others from falling into the same trap.
