Terminated business account

Terminated business account.
Without any reason, we got 3 weeks notice that our account is being closed.
We have a real business. Outstanding invoices with this IBAN attached and account registered with the authorities, which is not easily changed. This is crazy unprofessional.

Was ist denn das für ein Laden

Was ist denn das für ein Laden. Öffnet Tür und Tor für Betrüger. Meine Mutter ist einer Betrugsmasche aufgesessen und hat 2290 Euro für mich (den Sohn) überwiesen.

Mir wäre scheinbar mein Telefon ins Klo gefallen und ich wäre nicht mehr zu erreichen. Kontakt über eine neue Telefonnummer und dann die Bitte obigen Betrag wegen Notfall zu überweisen. Auch reger Schriftverkehr über die neue Nummer, das hat Mutter einfach überzeugt.

Ich nehme an man kann den überwiesenen Betrag nicht einfach per Überweisungsrückruf einfordern, da dieses Intergiro-Dingens-Konstrukt ja scheinbar nicht mal eine richtige Bank ist.

Man denkt immer so naiv (sorry Mutter) kann doch keiner sein! Das Geld ging nicht einmal namentlich an mich. Anzeige ist raus, aber wird wohl auch nichts bringen, selbst wenn innerhalb weniger Stunden reagiert wurde.

Mutter hat sich soooo gefreut mir helfen zu können, da ich umgezogen bin und tatsächlich das Geld gut hätte brauchen können. Und dann das. Abzocke, Betrug, miese Masche und Intergiro ist so wie meine Recherchen ergeben genau die richtige Plattform dafür.

Bump up prices and kick away customers

Bumped up pricing a few weeks ago which we refused and they agreed to keep our existing prices.
Move forward a few weeks and they’ve given us 4 weeks notice that our account is being closed.
We know of others they’re are doing this with as well.
No appreciation for customers and support don’t care.

Our experience was TERRIBLE

Our experience was TERRIBLE. A bunch of amateurs, demanding the world from you and delaying and delaying for months with idiotic "excuse us for the delays" messages every week. For what? for the unique privilege of them handling our money? Are you serious? Our company has been around longer than they have and will be around long after they bite the dust!! NEVER AGAIN. BIG MISTAKE attempting to do business with these clowns! NEVER AGAIN!! TOO BAD you dont have ZERO STARS or MINUS, because this is what they deserve!!

Service is good, fees are terrible

Service is well designed and customer service is excellent, however, their monthly account fee is not as advertised. My business - a marketing agency that works primarily with ecommerce startup brands in non-controversial industries - was considered "high risk".

This was absurd, I do not operate in 'sin industries' or crypto, but I was limited with business banking options because my company is domiciled in an EU country where Wise and Revolut are not available.

This saw the Intergiro advertised price at the time of around 10 euros a month turn into 30 euros a month, which is enterprise pricing for a small business.

I then get an email last week explaining the monthly fee is to increase over 3x to 99 euros a month by middle of June. Not even 30 days notice, which makes it even more of a joke.

This is unacceptable first because I only joined Intergiro barely three months ago; second because it is such an extreme price rise at some 20x above inflation; thirdly because there is a lack of transparency on fees and no stability - when is the next price hike, in another 3 months?

I would recommend small businesses who cannot open local business bank accounts nor a business account with the major online only banks, choose Airwallex or Currenxie instead.

That is precisely what I have done.

Very similar service with fees more grounded on planet Earth and comparable to major players like Wise Business.

There are many other financial business solutions in a scenario where your business cannot access local banking services, such as Jeeves corporate cards, and WorldFirst receiving accounts.

The Intergiro business model seems to be: 1. Invent a reason to charge you above the advertised fees 2. Swiftly make hyper-aggressive fee increases in a false assumption you have no other banking options.

They claim the increase in fees: "is necessary to maintain the quality of our services and support our increased operational costs to accommodate a wide variety of industries & customers".

Perhaps this review will be the wake up call the team needs, because their current pricing strategy is not sustainable, or otherwise nor is their business model.

Betrug über mehr als 20.000€ über ein Konto von Intergiro erfahren müssen. Bei Intergiro gibt es keine Kundennummer, Geschäftsnr im Impressum angerufen und geht an das Telefon. Bitte das Geld zurück schicken. Email ist bereits abgeschickt an ihr Support aber keine Reaktion.
