Thnakyou, great to hear our balloon artists selected the nicest combo for you, and yes DPD sometimes deliver late in the day, Arghh. you have actually helped improve our service as im getting our web team to make it clearer on order form that deliveries can happen late in day and recommend our pre 12 service. So that 1 star we lost has helped us and hopefully future customers.. thankyou :)

Balloons looked great when delivered but was gutted that within 3 days went flat - bought these as said 100% helium so wanted them to last

Father’s Day Balloon
Ordered a balloon for Father’s Day. Great balloon! It arrived on time but delivery driver didn’t knock or ring the bell & left it on the doorstep where it was discovered later. Luckily the weather was fair- pretty uncommon for the location! Could have been a different outcome if weather had turned before it was found.

Amazing customer service
We ordered a giant 7 balloon for my daughter birthday, which didn't arrive due to the courier. I called interballoon and they sent a new one very quickly for free, I was so impressed with their customer service, friendliness and understanding. My little girl was so excited to receive it! We've used interballoon for number balloons for years, they're brilliant. Thank you Interballoon.
