Everything seemed to work overall but when a contestant “won” a prize, the prize would only appear on their screen (Phone) for about a second or two and then go away. They would have to know upfront to “screenshot” what they won. To my knowledge they did not receive a certificate via email or text, therefore we had little participation in sales.

We liked the flow, the artwork design, game speed, user friendly, and QR code worked great.

We did notice people were able to scan and try multiple times which we thought was odd since the grand prize was a $50k prize option and would have been a very difficult conversation.

Overall grade would be a B

Quick response. They Explained process and program well. I wish IPG had resources for the tabletop walls. We did figure it out on our own, but it is a missing part of the program.

I didn't have anything to do with this transaction. My insurance agency did all the work. It was done in a very timely manner since we were short on turnaround time.

Bryan and the team over at interactive promotions have always been really helpful and responsive to all my needs over the last couple years. Whenever I run a promotion they are always on top of it and there to help me. The only one thing I wish they would add to their arsenal is a direct pay portal. other than that they're great!

Interactive was great to work with. I came in cold, having discovered them on the internet. My Rep, Bryan, was outstanding! My event was a trade show with over 2000 attendees, and the vault game integrated into our events was the hit of the show!

Not knowing what to expect, I had a bunch of questions and Bryan was available EVERY time I emailed OR called which is rare these days. His responses were thorough and concise. I incorporated "The Vault" by awarding certain show attendees (based on participation throughout show) a "golden ticket" for a chance to win $50K in a ceremonious event at the end of the show.

It did two things: Increased participation throughout the show and then kept a huge constituency until the end eager to see if anyone would win the $$$!

I'm happy to thank Interactive for what it did to help make our show really fun and productive and especially Bryan for his help throughout from start to finish! I'll now be using Interactive for my events in the future.
